Came in with my partner to check out the store. We both had been in before and thought it was cute and wanted to go back. Immediately as we walked in we are greeted, however the sales person kept coming back and forth to watch us. stood very close to us and made us uncomfortable. we ignored what was happening and kept browsing, when we were getting ready to pay we stopped by the pins and sure enough the sales person was right there again. i returned the items back in their proper spots in the shop and walked out. For a place that wants to give respect to its employees pronouns, you would think they'd be more inclined to make it a safe space for all folk. My partner and I are Black and Brown… Thanks again to the gentrified shop owner and employees for making the bipoc community uncomfortable yet again.

Was followed around the store by a very tall non binary person. Obviously thinking I was trying to steal. I was dressed nice and clean . I make good money and can afford to buy things. Once I noticed I decided not to spend my money there. My partner went another time on her own and told me the employee was having a meltdown because some brush up against her when trying to pass in one of the aisles during a very busy day. We now laugh when we imagine what the daily life at the Communal house that they all must live at looks like. Only Entitled children of Privilege can be this needy and emotional
