No public restrooms half the washers work a random swept pile of trash when I walk in when I walk over to the dryers it smells like gas like there is a gas leak no attendant there I won't be returning

There were a couple machines that had a do not use sign but every machine I used worked perfectly fine. I used the app to pay and it was so easy. I walked to the nearest coffee shop and waited and I was able to see how much time was left on the app! There is hour parking right in front but it didn't seem like anyone was checking and I was definitely parked there for about an an hour and a half or hour 45

Where do I start? Never seen a place operate/stay open on this level of gross. Even my inner city Detroit laundromat experience was better than this… short list: place stinks like cat pee and has literal dog poop on the floor by the change machine. Over 30% of the washers are broken, the remaining ones are filthy( I mean FILTHY) and on their last legs. And get this: there are no carts to transport between washer-dryer-folding table. Nope, there’s these bins you drag around on floor level that trap all the stuff from previous users.Final nail in coffin: the vending machine has the dumbest selection of soaps AND kept my money.Run.

ALL BIG WASHERS OUT OF ORDER - MOST, LONG TERM 6 out of 6 big load washers out of order 4 out of 14 triple load washers out order Most of the broken washers have remained out of order since I started coming here 8 months ago. Most of the dryers are good This place is circling the drain. Aside from all their big washers broken, the place is run down, cold, and has sketchy people everywhere.

Business hours are something like 8 am to 8 pm every day. Nice laundromat, clean, not many broken machines. Sometimes you run into a hostile homeless person. They have a "Pay Range" phone app you can use instead of quarters. The change machines are sometimes empty, I've seen people come in and get change then immediately leave. The guy who runs the place (Jeff) doesn't keep the website updated. They had a "laundry club" option for awhile that let you use a six digit code to enter the laundromat anytime, then they discontinued it, but still offered it on the website. I thought you had to enter your code to lock the door when you left, which apparently made me look suspicious, so they disabled my code.

I would give this place negative 1 star if possible. What a rip off, half of the machines we tried to use were broken, and ripped us off. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

Good washing machines. But I lost money (only a $1.50 but still annoying) & 25-minutes on two different dryers (41 upper, 42 lower): no heat. A bunch more of the dryers are marked Don't Use. :/Pro tip: try one quarter to make sure the dryer works before putting in more $$.

Nice and quiet place to do laundry. Very decent prices, and all the machines that I used work clean and worked well. I think that's going to be my new favorite spot to do laundry. Only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because there is a step going into it. Which if you're in a wheelchair makes it VERY difficult.

Place is decent, but when I tried to get on the wi-fi, it errored saying incorrect password. Even though I used the one posted at the Northwest location.

Save yourself the trouble and go to Spin laundromat. Machines here are always broken or it eats your money. Also the app they use is a headache.

Look at the photos I posted from 8am today, Nov 17, 2023. Absolutely filthy. No restroom. Overflowing garbage, homeless bags, trash and food strewn all over. No staff on hand. Rows of broken “do not use” machines. At 8am there were peoples loads left in the wash from who knows when.I’d post negative stars if I could.DISGUSTING

So I have to go to a laundromat to get big things done quickly once a month or so, and I was excited to find this cute little laundromat. But I just checked soap dispenser on onenof the machines I used to check the temperature of water that it was dispensing (several times, as per cycle shift) and it did not use hot water at all. What a rip off. Also no restrooms or attendant on site. Many machines are out of order as well.
