We spent about 20 minutes in the store looking at hardware for our new kitchen. They have a very good selection, but not once did we receive any greeting, or acknowledgement from a staff member that we were in the store, let alone assistance. There only seemed to be one or two other customers but apparently we didn't warrant the time of day. Guess they'll never know what we were planning to buy.

This business is a terrible blight on the community. Their buildings occupy at least 75% of the block bounded by 16th to 17th Street and Everett to Flanders yet they have taken zero ownership of the sidewalk directly adjacent to their buildings. Everett, 16th, and 17th are constantly covered in trash. 17th Street has been lined with tents and trash for most of 2023, hypodermic needles are often dangerously mixed with trash and leaves. Even directly to the side of their main door I saw dog poop sit for days this week until someone stepped in it and smeared it on the sidewalk. With the money this business makes and their large staff they can easily have someone spend 30 minutes a day cleaning the surrounding area and alerting the appropriate authorities about illegal activity.

The service & knowledge was off the charts. If only more companies were like Chown. I went in with a pressing commercial issue. Tony explained what they could do and then -- without prompting -- CALLED out of store installers to help get the job done in a timely manner!!! Incredible. He also predicted all the needs of said installer. Chown will get all of my business moving forward.

I love how they let the areas around their building go to hell with feces, garbage and tents so that when you walk in the overpriced fixtures they are selling feel especially luxurious.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Cheryl Boss provided the best customer service I have received in quite a while. Her colleagues were also great as well. She knows her stuff!

I highly recommend this business. We are in the midst of a renovation, and Terri Benedict, who helped us was marvellous. She was so knowledgeable and professional. My husband, who isn't always easily pleased, was very happy. The showroom is well lit and very well stocked. We had a return to make, and that went seamlessly, something that doesn't happen very often! I was impressed by the entire shop. Terri helped us with decisions and gave us advice, while not making us feel pressured in to decision making, she also admitted if she didn't know something. They have a good parking area. I was pleased in every way. I am excited about picking up our order too.

It's wild to me to see that I'm not the first or second person to leave remarks about the flat-out dangerous driving of Chown employees in official vehicles but the THIRD. I watched license plate Chown #2 drive through a red light after coming to a full stop at 9:30 this morning. It wasn't even that there was no traffic, there was a constant stream of oncoming traffic, and a Volkswagen had to slam on their breaks to avoid T-boning the Chown van. There is never any excuse for driving like this, especially not in inclement weather. This driver put their convenience above the lives and safety of everyone around them, and for what, hardware? I try to give everyone the benefit of doubt and thought that maybe they just made a particularly egregious mistake, as we all do on rare occasions. But after seeing the other comments about drivers' selfish, aggressive, and simply dangerous behavior, this is clearly a pattern, and this person should not be allowed behind the wheel of any vehicle.

What a store? We went in for kitchen remodeling. We were excited to have so many options. Lilly helped us make the perfect selection. We wanted an under mounting sink for the counter and we picked the Julian brand. They had it in stock ready to go. The faucet selection was just as smooth. Sometimes you may have too many to choose between, however they had just the right amount. The pull and knob selection was expansive. It took a while to narrow down our choices and went back and forth for a week. Lilly was so patient with us it was unbelievable. I guest she must be used to people going back and forth on decisions. The store is top notch and carry too brands. If you can't find it in the store, they will research it and find it for you. I'm very happy with the service and selection. I can't wait to remodel the two bathroom we have scheduled for later this year or next. They have some beautiful bath tubs displayed.

very very very bad customer service .We purchesed 2 Faucet for our master bedroom's bath,one of them came after one minth,after 6 month We still waiting for the other one,& when I asked them why you guys didn't tell us before purches it's going to shiping like this ,so We should buy another one ,& they said We don't know without any appologise.
