Legally they are supposed to provide a worker to pump the gas. Having one employee on a busy Saturday means having to go in and beg them to pump the gas. Then wait for a long time. This isn’t right. You lost a long term customer today.

This was my go to gas station for a very very long time! Since Fall of 2023, they have chosen NOT to follow Oregon Law by providing 50% of the pumps serviced by an attendant. This has now occurred THREE times and the two times that I addressed it with the cashier, I was told they did not have to follow the Oregon Law. Today, I was told the the law was "optional"! Sure read into the law what you want. What is "optional" is the station's decision to allow "Self Serve"! This Chevron Station has NO signage and follows none of the rulings of Oregon House Bill 2426. I have no issues for those who choose to Self Serve, but I do not appreciate a business who chooses to not follow the law and outright lie about what they are supposed to do. I have no need to pump my own gas.

This is the gas station that I use most often. There are good snacks inside, decent, coffee, and almost never a line for gas.

Looks like they fired all of their gas pump attendants so they can sell their gasoline at full serve prices while avoiding the overhead of paying for employees.

Back at this awesome friend chevron this mourning to try to air up the back right attire. I was not successful on this goal for whatever reason. I will try another air station. This one was free so it was my first stop. The air and water is free like everything should be according to the rules of Ancient Free Accepted Masons Kenton 145:-)

This Chevron was my go to location due to proximity, quick service and overall cleanliness. But apparently after the new Oregon law passing, this location is all self-service but there are NO SIGNS posted stating this, and there are no employees willing to help at the pumps and will literally just sit inside and watch you sit in your car while you patiently wait for them to never come out and help. Most all other gas stations that I have been to after this law change have marked stations for self-serve so you know an attendant will not help you, but here apparently they just decided that all stations will be self-serve without notice. One of the perks living here is not having to pump your own gas, and if I have to pump my own gas, there better be a benefit like it being cheaper at a fully self-serve station, but it sure as hell isn't!! This is my neighborhood gas station, very convenient, but I will no longer bring my business here.

Horrible customer service. The attendant was extremely rude. For some reason, they are always out of paper to print receipts. Never going to this location again.

I'm glad they are nice to little lady who sits there sometimes.

One of best gas stations, nothing to do with prices. But, you will have a great experience with staff. Today morning I called the gas station and later went there for propane refill, I was amazed the way staff responded both over the call as well as when I have walked in. My bad didn’t take the names but both of them were super friendly and helpful. Thank you for wonderful service.

Excellent location and service, with plenty of pumps if it gets busy. This is a good place to come if you want other than cheap gas.

I would avoid this chevron by any means necessary if you have any choice in it. Lady behind the counter reached over the counter while I was counting money and grabbed money from my wallet. It wasn’t even enough to pay since the money I was using to pay was obviously in my hands being counted. This kind of thing happens a lot at this location it seems. The outside gas attendance have always been great it’s just the inside register workers. Not sure if due to the location they get burnt out quick or just bad employees but every time I go inside I leave with some story about outrageous customer service or the lack of customer service. Between my family and friends it’s know as the anger management chevron. Because every time you go in you will be tested on your anger management skills lol.

Filled my propane tank. No problems and half the price if an exchange.
