Every time I come up here, the morning gas attendant is inappropriate with me! Always hitting on me, making me uncomfortable, trying to get my attention. Last week when I went into the store, he was staring at me through the window when he was supposed to be working! Then yesterday, I walked past the gas station, he cat calls me and walks out of the gas station lot to stare at me walk away. This man is going to cause problems at your establishment if he continues to do this to women customers when he is supposed to be WORKING

The guy insisted that he had to pump my gas and so i said 40 REGULAR! He then starts hitting on me and saying how sexy my outfit is and asked if i had a man and cat calling me etc. i couldnt wait to get out of there. He was standing right up on me while i was trying to clean out my car… felt so uncomfortable. Made me so mad. Worst of all, he is so busy talking dirty to me that he lets my gas go PASSED 40 all the way to $55. Anyway, im never going back there…,if youre a woman, beware.

Horrible customer service, needed my gas pumped and I don’t mind doing it myself, the man proceeded to mumble under his breath then said the pump doesn’t work so I was about to drive away when he started to hit my car for me to open my tank. I let him pump my gas, but for some reason it didn’t want to pump on its own he has to stand there and pump it but kept stopping to go help other people then stand around to talk to them. Took him maybe 20 minutes to pump $20 worth of gas

Don’t bother stopping here for gas. No one comes out. The attendants are too busy inside, messing with their own vehicles parked at pump stations, or just straight up ignoring you. If your Chevron loyal, like myself, fill up before you come home.

Remind your employees to be courteous to customers. I was waiting for someone to come and pump my gas for about a good 2 minutes or so, I was about to leave. Gas pump attendant was in his personal vehicle across from me while I was waiting for him and when I asked a question, he totally ignored me. I understand some people may have a bad day at work but customer service is important. I rather pump my own gas than having to deal with rude service!

Can I give less than a star? Not only did the guy take forever to come help us, he yelled at us and proceeded to help every other car besides us after we were waiting patiently. Told us to go to another station if we didn't like it. I don't know what is wrong with this gas station, but it is the worst service we've seen in any gas station in this area. Avoid and we don't waste your time!

Easy to enter from both Denver and Lombard. I never have to wait long for service. It's especially easy on weekend mornings. Always helpful and polite people working there. Convenient location.
