Their product inventory is old and decrepit. I would be careful to purchase convenience products other than gas, for fear that it may have passed its expiration date

The lesbian cashier is rude. There were three empty spots so I asked her if she had scratch tickets for any of the empty spot in the case and she replied "if I had any they would be in there", as if there has never been an empty spot due to it not being refilled yet... Good to know, well never patronize the store again.

I stopped in here every few years and the service continues to decline since Bob Ward died and sold the place. They do not check oil for anything else unless you beg them to even if you fill with the expensive stuff. The mechanic use a scare tactics and charges outrageous amounts. They seem to be making most of their money on food and alcohol.

I just had one of the gas attendants threaten me with violence. He was upset that it was cold and told me to pump my own gas. He told me I don’t pay him and he doesn’t need to pump my gas. I told him I don’t mind but it is his job. He then threatened me with violence. Then he began to try and shame me for the amount of gas I was purchasing. Fortunately the cashier told the aggressive attendant that it doesn’t matter how much I the customer pay, it’s his job to pump gas. I was told the managers name is Noel and to contact her about the the mans violent outburst. He was continuously making threats of violence. Noel has a responsibility as the manager to keep our neighbors safe from this type of behavior. If she keeps this hire everyone anyone in the neighborhood is at risk of being assaulted. It would first, hurt our community as well as be against the integrity of the company. I hope Noel does take action.

11/12/22 9:50p *** NO Business hours!!** Workers CLOSE and LEAVE on a whim! **- At 9:50p ALL lights were out. All pumps shut down. *The two guys who work there had their coats and gloves on, walking out the door.- Neither the station owner, nor the manager has posted hours that I could find. I searched around the gas station door and out a few feet in each direction, as opposed to the convenience store door. It was closed by 9:50p also.--->> NO POSTED HOURS, what a life of leisure.

Not only do you have the worst gas prices everywhere in the country but you expect people to come spend money at your store but don’t allow your paying customers access to the bathroom. Get real.

Been buying fuel here for over 20 years. And want to pump my own fuel in certain of my cars. Today, I get told that 'it's the law' can't pump it myself. Never have been refused before, at this station. I've pumped more gas than you have, kid....

Don't aquatrust the people who work here. Everytime I go here they charge more than the price listed in the store. And the bathroom is always out of order.One time I mentioned it and got nothing but attitude in return. I'm pretty sure they just pocket the extra money.

The Lady that works in the daytime ( Phyllis ) has a problem with persons of color. So does the mechanic ( Larry ). Other than that ( Victoria ), & ( Athena ) are the dynamic duo on the weekends! The fuel attendant ( Michael ) will not wash your windows if your Black because he says “ They don’t tip”? What a bogus statement that is! ( Abigail ) is wonderful and without her, Victoria & Athena I wouldn’t bother spending my hard earned money at that gas station. Great customer service is always a good reason for a person to come back again and again!

The person behind the counter MADE MY DAY! it had been a rough one, but they told me about deals on my cigarette brand, etc. If you want good customer service, DEFINiTELY go to this Chevron.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I literally am on my 30 min lunch break and I BOUGHT FOOD FROM INSIDE OF THE GAS STATION. I'm sitting in my car eating not even 10 mins go by and the lady comes out asking me how much longer ill be parked there. There were no signs stating Paying customers couldn't park there. Rude. Rude. Rude. Don't go here.
