Ok folks, I live in downtown Portland, and unfortunately I sometimes have to use this bank location to pay my rent......This Chase bank location is a JOKE - there is NO bank teller to assist you if you have a question- but you do get a "greeter" that instructs you to use one of the non-broken ATMs. If you are needing to make a rent payment like myself, or anything that might require a cashiers check, you will only get cash from this location AND you will have to pull out multiple transactions for a large amount. I personally seen ALL 4 employees at this location sitting at their work stations, with BLANK turned off computers, reading books, having personal conversations or playing around on their phones- Must be nice to have a job that pays you to do nothing all day. Next time I'll upload a photo of this worthless bank branch
