Chase has been my bank for years. I only have one source of income. My widows SS benefit. I pay all my bills through chase bill pay. I looked at my account 4 weeks ago and it was over drawn which has never happened. I was terrified it was ID theft. I called Chase. Chase held my widows benefit. I had no money. They sent no notice to warn me. I was able to borrow money to put in my account. Chase held my widow's check for 2 weeks. Then put it back in for 4 days. Then took it back out again. With not so much as a phone call or a letter to explain. They won't give me my money. SS did not over pay me. It's making me sick. I lost my husband and now I have to deal with this. They say they can keep it from me for 6 months.
