Stopped into this Chase branch yesterday to make a deposit.
Kim was the associate that helped me and she was very professional & super friendly and kind.
I actually always have a good experience with Chase, and this branch is my favorite.

I’ve been there total 5 times so far, excellent customer service each time I visited, especially with Kimberly, she’s always been quite helpful, professional, and thoroughly explained everything.

Friendly staff, quick services. I had my cashier's check in 5 minutes. Modern interior. Helped with other questions too.

I can't remember a time where I was given worse customer service. If you don't like people get a job doing something else.

Incompetent employees who waste your time. There is no shame in not knowing the answer but giving wrong information to a customer is not ok. At this location no one seems to know what documents we need to open a bank account for a non citizen who has a green card & SSN. Chris was the person who we had the appointment with. I’ll try different branch next time even though this one is up the street. What an absolute waste of my time and energy. Employees need more training.
