None of the online works, was told a week to open an account, what a joke

I came to this branch to get some rolled coins. I was the only person in line and there were 4 employees and I still had to wait 10 minutes to get help. They told me they were out of quarters so I had to go to a different branch. I’ll never do banking here ever again
