For many years I have ußd the branch they only have one teller window always a wait of ten to 20 minutes when I voiced my claims numerous times I was told condescendingly oh we don't have enough business to have two windows but after seriously a hundred visits 80 of which I have to wait o would say they do need extra Windows

I’m here now trying to withdraw funds , they lock the atm “vestibule “ , there’s even a guard on duty but I can’t even access the atm for gas money , chase bank is such a joke , actively working to join a credit union now .

I had an awesome meeting with Emile Mathez. He is very knowledgeable.
A week prior I had call Chase, went into a different location with a business banker but they could not help me. Im so glad I met Emile. I will be using this location more often.

At this location (and other Chase branches) the ATM is available only during their open hours. Isn't the main point of having an ATM is that you can access your $$ afterhours? Ridiculous. The nearest ATM that actually has 24 hour access is 3 miles away at N. Fremont and Williams. And good luck visiting the Chase website to figure out which ATM's have 24 hours access. What corporate genius came up with this plan?

The ATMs are unavailable outside of the lobby business hours. No ATM access after 5pm or on Sundays…whats the point of having ATMs here?

The chase website says the ATM is open 24/7 but it’s not. The employees will threaten to call the cops on you if you ask to go in. Be warned.

The outside card reader to get into the ATM after hours doesn't work. Gotta fix that at some point.

I have been a Chase Bank customer for almost 30 years. If I could rate this branch lower I would. Their service (what service?) to Chase customers is non-existent. Drive the extra miles in any direction and you will find a Chase Bank that does have customer service!
