  For many years I have ußd the branch they only have one teller window always a wait of ten to 20 minutes when I voiced my claims numerous times I was told condescendingly oh we don't have enough business to have two windows but after seriously a hundred visits 80 of which I have to wait o would say they do need extra... read full comment

  I’m here now trying to withdraw funds , they lock the atm “vestibule “ , there’s even a guard on duty but I can’t even access the atm for gas money , chase bank is such a joke , actively working to join a credit union now .

  The atm is only available when their lobby is open. I wish I could give this decision negative stars, it is absolutely bullshit
