I have been dealing with this branch for many years. They are excellent, I understand there are times when staffing is a problem since COVID, but I understand this due to the fact I am a businessman myself and help us hard to find. They have gone out of their to help me deal with whatever banking situation I have found myself in. The staff and Windy are excellent!

The ATM takes FOREVER, and they got rid of the drive-through ATM so you're stuck waiting for the single machine to even work

This location is terrible, the ATM has a line and there’s homeless people in the bushes. Do not come to this location, also the security guard is inside the bank. This is the worst Chase bank location I’ve ever been too, and it’s not Safe.
