I've been a Chase customer of (primarily) this branch over the last 3+yrs, & have experienced friendly (but not fake) employees willing to help, listen, & understand what I needed. A couple of times, have had employees go above & far beyond to fix an issue I had, while providing polite professional attitudes.

Visited this bank while shopping. Very convenient. While there I spoke with a Banking Associate by the name of Alex. I loved that he introduced himself and asked for my name. You never get greetings like that anymore. During our transaction we talked about some topics and I shared with him some bad experiences I had at another branch. He sympathized with me and took time to express that that is not the core values of the company and he would inform his manager about my experience. Even if nothing can be done about it, I truly appreciate his concern and the fact that he was listening. You need more Alex's in this business. Thank you!!

If I had an option to leave 0 stars I would. I haven't used this bank in a while and today was the last bit of it. I recommend everyone to go to Bank of America. Officially closing my account with chase.

The employees here were exceptionally helpful with solving my problem despite it being a busy branch. Chase customer service by phone (dealing with being locked out of my account) was awful, but this branch was a much less stressful experience. 5/5

Went in today at 2:30 only employees behind the glass walked up to the counter asked to open an account and I was told that I would have to call a phone number and make an appointment during that I was the only one in the bank two ladies were at the window and there was one or two other people in there working they told me to go to the Fred Meyer counter and just cash my US Government check there Pretty sad customer service because they don’t need any business

Personal banker Trent Jennings super quick super efficient. The Personal banker was handling various tasks professionally multitasking add an incredible level I have never seen or witnessed before I earn a Chase Bank branch, because of his efficiency and professionalism I have decided to go to this division branch more frequently and have made it my primary bank branch specifically because he assists in all the tasks speedily.
