Tried to exchange to Euros for travel. Rate was over double the US rate, then instead of promised 2 day delivery it was a week. Canceled order, tellers were rude made me wait assumed with approval of manager Jason Russell who whispered in a teller’s ear, also had to personally supervise. Oh and security guard came over asked me what I was doing?? Teller then said “we’ll let you know!”

They are a horrible bank the bank manager is unprofessional and staff are stuck up and entitled. they treat the bank clients like trash they will argue with the clients when they are in the wrong and rather line their own pockets than help. Every other chase bank treats their client with respect but this one doesn't. I guess when you make too much money you forget you have manners, integrity, and customer service. Shame on you.

I have been using this branch for years. I have NEVER had a negative experience with any staff at this branch. Ultimately I closed my accounts because of issues at the corporate level but I still come in to pay my credit card because I enjoy the in person interactions.

I currently have an account at Chase, my wife and stepdaughter have accounts at Chase. Let me first say the only reason that we still have accounts at this banking institution is probably what most of you deal with as well. Once you have a lot of electronica deposits going in and payments going out it is tough to make an immediate change. I have a very exciting new adventure in my life starting and wanted to open a whole new set of accounts. I first went to the Hillsboro branch where there was only two customers in line and two tellers. I asked if anyone was working in the private banking sections, and instead of answering my question I was told to stand in line and get checked in. That is not what I asked I asked if someone was working over there as there isn't anyone currently sitting in any of the cubicles. I decided to continue on my errands and stopped by the branch here on Beaverton Hillsdale. They were not busy either, one of the employees was running out to the drive up teller and was busy. He barely stopped to even asked me what I needed while I was sitting in a chair waiting for someone working with clients to address me. He asked me if I had an appointment or if I had a quick question. I had said I did not have a quick question nor an appointment. He then said I don't have any appointments available would you like me to look at the calendar. I said no thank you I will go somewhere else. His reply was very short and basically he just said OK fine and walked away. My wife has been verbally abused by someone at a different branch they continue to mess up my address sending my stuff to the wrong location, even after I had addressed it on three separate occasions. I think it's time I really consider starting to change all my electronic payments and shift my accounts elsewhere. To include the new accounts I wanted to open which will bring in a lot of funds to chase bank

Terribly customer service. Constantly lied to, provided incorrect information, staff is incredibly rude on the phone....when they bother to actually answer the phone, too three weeks to get my debit card. I absolutely regret opening an account with these people.

Terrible customer service. Went in for quarters from my account was told they were unable to do so. One of the tellers interjected with rude comments and did not help. Went to Chase Bank down the road, who gladly gave me quarters and apologized for this Chase Banks bad customer service. Go to another one if you want a friendly experience and a quick transaction.

Did you know that if you do not add or pull money from your savings account after one year your account becomes dormant and after two years they can give the money to the state? When my husband questioned this after trying to put money into my 6 year-old's savings account, he was told that he was notified (which we were not). We have multiple business accounts with Chase and have no problem receiving communication from them. He was then told that he couldn't make a deposit and would have to go through numerous steps to get the account out of dormancy. When he told the clerk that this wasn't ok, another worker attacked him saying he was being aggressive, which he was not. Hopefully, the manager will look at the video to see that it was this male clerk who was being aggressive and attacking a concerned customer. We will definitely be looking into other options for our 8 plus accounts!!! What happened to preferred client status... oh wait, maybe that's just Bank of America.

We called to see if we could get in the same day to see a banker to help with our accounts. Jason was able to work us into his schedule even though it was full. Very personable and efficient.
