went in to see my banker and he was standing in the lobby. when i asked him what he was doing there, he said that he had put in his two weeks notice so now they're making him be the greeter.sounded like he is being punished for moving on! Hopefully this isn't a standard practice, but non the less it is extremely unacceptable. I will be moving my relationship elsewhere.

Made an appointment a few days ago for today to setup a savings account. Funny thing is, when I got there, apparently an appointment wasn't scheduled in their system and the guy, Benjamin, who I was suppose to meet was on vacation!If you're going to setup an appointment with chase, do not go to this branch.Very unreliable.

If I could give this place zero stars I feel they deserve it. I made an appointment as they requested to open a business checking account. I waited for the time scheduled and showed up approximately 5 minutes late however the banker was miraculously running late. After another approximately 10 minutes of only getting lip service from everyone else at the branch who acted as if they were doing me some huge favor by taking my banking business I got up to check how long it was going to be from the business checking banker, while other people sat in the branch doing nothing, to see how much more of my time they were going to waste.The teller decided to try and head me off and give me more lip service saying "I can't interrupt someone else's meeting". Actually according to the clock it was my meeting that was being wasted. I left. I will be changing banks. If a bank can't keep a branch functioning to the point of being able to keep an appointment it is time to find a new bank.

On a holiday week-end, I was in line at 12:50 pm but they were closed.ALL signs indicated they were open until 1 pm.I am definitely changing banks!!!

Great customer service, excellent friendly and supportive staff @ the Woodstock Location!
Came in to open an account, and set up a savings acct. We were greeted quickly, and we're in and out of there within a half an hour. Five stars for product quality and service!

5 + stars, Chase Woodstock branch is honestly all the best parts of your old fashion local bank, combined with the convenience and technology that Chase provides! The best part of this branch is the personal banker Kenneth Bareilles. He has been a lifesaver for us during the pandemic, doing everything from notarization the purchase a vehicle to opening a new business checking account for us. He is so friendly, remembers everything about our personal family, and goes above and beyond for his customers. I’ve overheard him Greeting other customers, and it’s clear this is his passion and his service is excellent for everyone who walks through the door. Do yourself a favor and go see Ken.

I know it’s not this specific location but chase is trash and they are predatory in their practice. I had a $3 coffee turn in to a -$99 in the span of 12 hours because my notifications came in late and I was out of service. They prey on the poor with overdraft fees that are so heinous it’s literally the price of a utility bill. Drop big banks y’all are trash.
