I've been a customer of Chase for a long time. I was just here, to deposit a check. I got in line, and was told I'd be helped shortly. I grabbed a form to try to speed the process up when I got to the window, since I was next. A new teller walked up, and a young man pushed passed be and just started talking to her (Bobbi was on the tag on the desk). I said I had been waiting and I was next, for the man to tell me "no you were looking at a form", and for me to have to reply "I was just writing my name while waiting". Only for the teller to roll her eyes, tell the man to wait, and said "even though she wasn't ready" under her breath.
I'm a veteran and this check was from my medical situation after getting injured in combat overseas. I don't appreciate being disrespected for absolutely no reason while trying to simply deposit a check. Next time I'll be sure not to grab a girl to try to be helpful to the teller instead of making them do it all at the window, only to be treated like I did something wrong. Extremely disappointed in this experience.

Chase removed all other publicly available ATMs in the area. Closed all but a couple branches. This is the only Chase ATM in North Portland and they only allow access to it for a couple hours outside of business hours. You are SoL on Sunday.
They've also put "Temporary hours" in place for about 4 years now. If you're deciding on a bank in North Portland look else where.

The only Chase Bank is North Portland and the ATM vestibule closes at 5pm. Terrible and predatory, forcing folks to pay atm fees elsewhere.

I came in here to cash a check wanting cash back as well and that’s some thing that’s never been an issue, but the teller, TONY, was not only having an attitude if I simply spoke, he didn’t explain anything to me and deposited the entire check (even after hearing me say I only want to deposit 500) and then told me since my account was in the negative he had to deposit all of it and I do not have access to it until tomorrow. If he would’ve explained that to me prior, I would have just transferred money before cashing the check. I had no idea it was in the negative as it is not my primary account so I do not check it as often. Seemed very shady and unprofessional, even aside from his terrible attitude.

If you go inside here and ask em why you couldn't use the ATM over the weekend they'll tell you it's only available between 8 and 8. Why they can't put a sign on the door that says this is beyond me. You'd think they could afford it. And while we're at it you think they could afford to pay someone to clean up all the trash in the parking lot and the surrounding area. Looks like sh1t. Thanks for very little.

I always have a great experience at this Chase branch. I was just helped by Bobbi, who is so helpful, friendly, and efficient. She helped me with several transactions and I was in and out with what I needed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Bobbi!

Terrible costumer service and they hire fake security guards that just stand in your way at the entrance. At least hire someone of has been trained and has an official uniform. What a joke!

Worst bank service ever , you go in and they say it’s by appointment only and then say next available date is 15 days away . Closing my account because this no customer service

Parking is available but tight and difficult to maneuver.You can make appointments to speak to an account manager, but I was able to walk in since I had a minor issue to take care of. There is no sign up sheet so I had to knock on a cubicle. Only one person available on a Friday.Lobby has 2 ATMs for most transactions and the machines are decently we maintained.A couple of teller windows were open even near closing time on a Friday afternoon

This branch is smaller and does not have a lot of the services you might need such as notary services. And sometimes the ATMs are all out of service which makes it really inconvenient. But at least they have a parking lot.
