I just went in today to get a money order for a security deposit on a new apartment I'm moving into and I just had to leave a review to say: Nathaniel Wilson is who helped me- and they are such FANTASTIC energy. Literally made my day better just with their upbeat personality. We need more of Nathaniel's energy in the world.

Alex is great!!! He helped my dad set up a credit card and debit card in one appointment. the cashiers in the front is also super friendly! highly recommend this place

Super dog friendly branch with kind people! Nathaniel is a gem, so welcoming and lovely to be around. Banks aren’t usually a place of joy, but they make me smile every time.

DO NOT mail any documents/checks to this Hawthorne address (Carry in or drive through.)
The bank somehow can't manage a secure mailbox, so any maIl arriving when the bank is closed is rerouted... somewhere... for processing / re-delivery... someday -- probably at least another 10 days. (!!!)
Three out of four Hawthorne bankers I spoke to, about my missing deposit, weren't aware of the entire process.
The Manager knew what was happening, but admitted no agency in correcting the situation. Helpless and hopeless is she.
I formally requested that Hawthorne add a note about mail insecurity to their online spaces, but even this is apparently beyond them.

Rude stuff, specially Jose the teller, nonprofessional, nit appears he is working in head shop, not even professionally dress, Jemie the manager needs more training, he never greets the customer, just at them and walk away. Worst experience i ever had, do not to go this branch.

Poor customer service, no one answered the phone at branch, Manager Jamie not helpful at all, when ever any question arise regarding your banking needs, his answer always I will back to you, but never follow. Don’t have enough staff to answer your questions regarding your account issues.I have 3 accounts with them. But thinking to move to other bank.

Just opened an account and had the best bank experience I've ever had. I've been with three banks prior to chase but they really took the cake. My banker Michael was outrageously kind and made the process so quick and easy. My first time leaving a bank with a smile on my face and pep in my step! Michael explained everything I needed to know helped me with the issues I was having and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you chase bank and Michael L. For making the experience so easy and nice. I'm happy to be doing my business here! :)
