I was so nervous about opening a new bank account, but Brian made the process fast and easy. He was helpful, knowledgeable, transparent, and made sure I was well informed. He also offered me additional products and services to make sure I was taking advantage of all that Chase had to offer. After my appointment I received an email thanking me for my business. This is the Chase Bank branch or location where I was hoping to get an account in 2000. I was told that there wasn't a banker to help me until Thursday. I arrived Thursday that same week and I was told the bank was at lunch. I asked a few times pre Pandemic... "Is there a better time or day for me to get an appointment with the banker?" I was told that it depends upon when the banker takes their lunch. I prefer the location at 21st and West Burnside. My darling Husband prefers this branch or location when he is downtown. Now... because of mobile banking... I don't go inside this branch unless it's on the way to where I'm going downtown. I haven't used the ATM... although,... if you have a Chase Bank credit card with a working stripe the doors open on the smaller lobby during specific days and hours. Sometimes, the tellers ask me for a security question after I show my ID to them. I typically don't get asked for a security question... but sometimes... I do get asked by the bank teller who is the second teller window. There isn't parking on the street in front of this Chase Bank.

I have been with chase a loooooong time everytime i go into the bank iam told i can do this and that online its my choice to come into the bank if i want and if they cannot serve with issues then there is no reason to bank there

Been to this branch a handful of times. Would say about half the time I am told they can't do what another branch can and will easily do. Could just be a lack of problem solving or being willing to look into an issue further, but in my experience they would rather just tell you no and send you on your way.
