I had the most wonderful experience at Charlotte's Bridal! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Stephanie was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and guided me with her expert advice, making me feel completely at ease. Thanks to her, I found my dream dress! I went to Charlottes 2023 tent sale, and OMG. We found my dress on the third try. One piece of advice for tent sale brides: GO EARLY. We got there 20ish mins before the advertised opening and we were still like 15th in line. The stylists were all very nice and helpful, and they had some really great deals on veils and accessories too!

The appointment was for my soon to be daughter-in-law . Her experience from the pre appointment meeting to actually selecting her dress was truly amazing . Her stylist Hannah was friendly, fun, very encouraging, supportive, and knowledgeable. She helped my soon to be daughter-in-law to feel special and beautiful! She was able to find her dream dress!

I cannot speak highly enough about Charlotte's Weddings! I was pretty nervous about my wedding dress shopping prospects since I wasn't really sure what I wanted in a wedding dress.
My stylist, Hannah, was phenomenal and helped to guide me in different types of styles/materials/cuts/looks of dresses. With each dress, she helped me refine what I liked, what I didn't like about each dress and made narrowing down which dress was my favorite so much easier to do. She also helped to remind me that this isn't just about a dress, this is about me and my partner and our special day. She took the time to get to know me, my partner and I's story, my guests, my wedding plans, and helped make sure that my dress fit into that picture. Thank you, thank you, thank you Hannah and the rest of the Charlotte's Weddings Team! You made a potentially stressful day into an easy and effortless one and such a happy memory for me and my guests!

I had the best experience here and got my dress and veil! I had been to several other shops previously and had not found "the one". Stephanie, the stylist, was beyond amazing! She was welcoming and easy to connect with, understood my style, and seemed genuinely happy for me when I found my dress and veil. Stephanie made sure no dress I tried on was over my budget, and she was very clear about what type of alterations would need to be done, and provided a price range of what it could cost. I liked that the dressing room was down the hallway from the room where my family was; it was beneficial to walk in the dress and feel how it moved. Thanks Stephanie and Charlotte's Weddings!

It was quite crowded and a little chaotic but the dressing rooms were good sized and staff was responsive and friendly.

Really impressed with the experience and recommend. I went dress shopping by myself, and Hannah was incredible. She chatted with me to get to know me before hand, and what "vibe" I was looking for. She gave me great, honest feedback and let me lead the way, always asking how I felt, likes/dislikes. She helped me understand what dresses would work with my natural bust and body shape, was clear about what alterations were possible, and even made some mock alterations for me to bring some unique ideas to a more simple gown.

Had a wonderful experience shopping for my dress here. I was able to snag a sample sale reservation and found my gown! The staff at Charlotte’s were all amazing and helpful. There was a gown I originally was eyeing from there, but I am glad I still left with something. Highly recommend for any brides-to-be!

I couldn’t say better things about my experience here. This was my very first store I had ever went dress shopping at and their Bridal Stylist Hannah was amazing and she just was so comfortable to be around, she listened to everything I was saying and grabbed amazing options and helped me find my dress in my first day looking. I give her and Charlottes a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend anyone looking for their dress to come here!

I highly recommend Charlotte's Weddings! Jade, true to her name, was an absolute gem! She was very attentive in finding a dress that suited the style that I was looking for. She was also personable and made it a great experience for everyone who was there. Dress shopping can feel a little awkward, especially in the changing room, but she made me feel so comfortable and allowed me to take my time in deciding what dress was right for me!
