Excellent collision-repair shop. Our new car got rear-ended with significant damage. Classic Collision came highly recommended by my local mechanic. They took my car in exactly when they said they would, their staff was very professional and courteous, and the work was impeccable. I called to schedule an appointment to repair all the dents and dings on my 2014 Mustang and he said that it's gonna be about 10,000 dollars over the phone. I said come on man, at least let me come in to get an estimate and he said the next appointment was December 5th. I just felt like he didn't want to do the work. I also told him that I got an estimate way under that, it was 4,800 so I wont be doing business with this place in the future.

Been fighting with my insurance for almost 2 years over a hit/run. Finally started working with Classic Collision and they took all the pain out of it. Their service was friendly, fast, and communicative. They really went the extra mile going so far as to clean my car (they even found my wife's wallet which had been missing for several months and we'd given up on) and take care of an extra small issue they found. So excited to have this as an option. I don't to Yelp much these days, but wanted to make sure people know about this place.

Came here after getting rear ended. Read solid reviews and had a personal recommendation. There were some issues and my car did have to be brought in more than once to get it completely done. But the staff was friendly and eventually everything was taken care of.Services: Painting

Kept me informed the entire time with progress, costs, and estimated completion date. Understand that with fixing a damaged car, it is difficult to know at the beginning exactly what parts will be needed so keeping me in the loop is very much appreciated.

i think this is the best experience i had for a long time great customer service and the professionalism are in the top. i want to say thank you to Michelle she always answer my phone call and always friendly and right away i get all the answer i need to know. then Kyle this gentlemen who work on my car. He is awesome i get a text and email daily to update about my car and what they are doing with it, i think that is the coolest thing and i actually appreciate that update and i hope other shop do that so you don't worry about your car at all. i got my car back yesterday it's like brand new and I'm so happy. i highly recommend Classic Collision for repair. My car was side-swiped by a person who attempted to go around me. She didn't even know she hit me!? Anyway, GEICO gave me one option to fix my new car. I was a bit leery but got no reason. I believe it was Zach who helped me. He was really thorough in explaining everything and put me at ease. He said they could get it looking brand new again. GEICO had a rental car waiting there for me so that was super convenient and Zach assured me they let the rental car agency know when they would be done and that I was to bring the rental car back there when they were done with my car. Ten days later, we got a text that my car was done. I kid you not! My car looked better than it did before my accident! Zach went over everything they did and all I had to do was pay my deductible and give them the rental car keys. Everyone I encountered there was great and very friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at what started as a nightmare when my new car got hit. Thank you Zach and team. You guys are the best and I'm happy GEICO sent me there for my repairs!

Customer service over ever experienced. Asked to borrow a screw driver and he handed me the wrong wine so I let him know. And he goes. "is that really not gonna work for you?" ... didn't work for him either
