Can't post zero unfortunately.Stay away! Issues after my car was repaired. 2 trips after the repair I had to bring it back to the shop. Tyler, the manager, inferred I was an ass for bringing up my concerns. So much More to share. STAY AWAY!!!

The initial estimate to replace my trunk and bumper would cost $1500 and take 3-5 days to fix. After taking apart my car, there was an extra part they needed, so it would take 10 days to get the part. Not only did the car rental get expensive, but that mystery part cost an extra $1900, more than double the initial estimate.

I had a great experience with this shop. I took my truck in to get a dent in the bed fixed and they took the time to fix a couple other dents while it was there - all for the original quoted price. Much appreciated!Services: Painting

My daughter was rear ended and that drivers insurance sent us here. Getting the original repair quote was fairly quick. We did have to wait a little while for parts but that's more of an industry issue. Once we drop the car off for repairs, they kept in touch with us with regular updates and had the car back to us prior to the estimated delivery date. The work was excellent, and was very pleased with their customer service.

I needed to have a couple of repairs performed on our Hyundai and was very pleased with their estimate, response time, professionalism, work and communication. The employee who gave the estimate was willing to work with me and the estimate held even though it went overtime in labor. They washed the car and vacuumed the floorboards which is always a nice touch. I recommend them highly.

This place has been awesome. Very thorough and Tyler instantly makes you feel that they aren’t going to cut any corners as the initial estimate and communication with him was very, very thorough. Communication throughout the process was on point and the work they did simply looks fantastic. Thanks Tyler and Classic Collision for the excellent work. Highly recommended.

My experience with Classic Collision warranted a solid review. Family member backed into my new car, their insurance paid for the damage. Classic Collison did an awesome job on the repair. Took my 99 Land Cruiser in to have a new fender installed. I told the estimator that I had already gotten a brand new fender, and was looking for them to do the work for me. They said great, we will have your estimate done in a few days. I called after the weekend, it hadn't been completed. I called a week later, it hadn't been completed. I called 2.5 weeks later, still not done. I went into the location 3 weeks later, and I was told I would be getting a call from the manager as they had clearly dropped the ball. I receive the phone call from Tyler the manager informing me that nothing had been done, they will not do the work because all of a sudden, there is a new policy that says they cannot use outside parts. And they will not do my work because I didn't want it to be painted. Absolute waste of time with the company, mismanaged and couldn't even handle my frustration over the phone and hung up on me. Go literally anywhere else with your auto body work.

Poor management. The repair was fine but very challenging including requiring me to only work with their times and dates and contacting me months later to pay a bill for the car after they had reassured me with my insurance I owed nothing. I paid the bill but appalled by the managers behavior

I was recommended to this place by my mechanic because the other place I usually use w was really really backed Up. So I though it isn't convenient for me I went here to take my car in for accident repair. Initially my insurance says it was fixable, then two weeks later said it totaled. I had to wait awhile though, and though I got a text stating that they would let me know what was going on, other than the initial text I didn't get much communication. When I did call the guy said that they were short staffed and very busy. He was abrupt. What could I say?! Not much after that. I understand being short staffed so I politely just hung up and waited. However, I don't entirely feel like they had great customer service. In the end they didn't fix my car but I'd be hesitant to go back there if I did need bodywork done there again. They were recommended by my mechanic but I'm a little surprised after the brief experience I'd had with them. I can't speak to their work though, but perhaps they do a great job with body work, which in the end is the most important thing.

I was recommended this place by Tom Dweyer. They were very helpful in explaining the insurance process. The work on my car looked great afterwards and they cleaned the inside as well which was nice. I would definitely recommend.Service: Body & Trim

If you need a body shop I would not recommend Classic Collision. I used them and have regretted it. You may also wind up regretting it.
