Everything was going well until today. I picked up my car Monday evening when they closed and didn’t really get to see the repair they did on my tailgate. Wednesday I notice they didn’t install the weather seal for my window and they also scratched my window which was not related to the accident. I called them Wednesday in the afternoon and just wanted to inform them about the what I noticed and someone named Brian picked up and told him unfortunately I was in Tigard and couldn’t come in but wanted to make sure someone knew what was happened with my car. During the phone call he said they warranty their work and will replace it if need be. Today Thursday I had my mom take the car to the shop and they told her they couldn’t get the weather seal on the since they finished the job and the insurance company already finished the ticket so there was nothing they could do on there part. And if we did want to fix the issue that they caused it would be 400 dollars out of our own pocket to fix the damage that wasn’t there. We’ve taken our other vehicle here and didn’t have an issue with them until now. I will definitely not recommend coming here if suggested.

Hector the manager has gone above and beyond what I could ever ask for. He has updated me on every move they have made. It’s been a relief knowing that my car is in good hands. I have been to a few other car collision places and he has blown them out of the water with customer service Get this man a raise before the holidays its well deserved. Thank you.

I just got a lot of work done at this place, they were fast and easy at scheduling my drop off and pick up. Lupe was fantastic. The only downside I would say is from my wreck I had a very obvious alert that my license plate light was out and upon pick up after I was driving I realized they never repaired it. But other than that they were cool, my insurance recommended them. Just be careful pulling into this place it’s in a busy cross section and the bus stop divides the parking lot weird.

They were awesome at the 122nd and division shop. Did a great job in very little time and lots of updates. I highly recommend them! Went up and beyond!!

Had a tree branch fall on my car breaking several windows and denting a door beyond repair - fixed everything to as-new condition. Then, over a year later had some paint chip off the door they had replaced. Brought it in and they repainted, no questions asked - also cleaned exterior and interior of the car while it was being repainted, which was awesome.Services: Painting

Worst experience of my life. Basically called us a liar when they didn’t even call us. The receptionist said her colleagues would never lie and put a fake report about having called and left a voicemail. They don’t know how to do their job. They proudly claim having so many years of experience yet can’t even do their jobs right. The receptionist said “sounds like you’re blaming us for your mistake”. Of course I am if you’re lying. I can contact my phone company to give me MY call history and rub it in your faces. Please teach your employees better customer service skills. I want to give 0 stars but don’t have the option. Be thankful for this one star.

Owner and worker were rude- never got estimate until after the work started. Got lied too about costs mid repair and lied about repair time. Not responsive and as an insurance agent will never send a client to this business. The company they bought it from was great but the new owner is terrible at best

So my truck got side swiped hit run on black Friday .so I stopped in to get estimates showed the guy scratches deep both driver side doors and some on bed from the debris hitting me .I figured not much in repairs but they call me telling me including replacing driver door mirror $364 saying everything else will buff out I said wrong .went a real shop they printed estimate of $2800 so obviously someone has no idea what day it is but the other ins already approved estimate from second shop

Highly recommend. Someone backed into my parked car in a parking garage last Oct. I found Classic Collision through my insurance. I spoke with Lupe and Eric to get a quote to fix my front bumper and a rusted scrape on my car panel. With the supply chain issues that have been going on for the past few months, Lupe was extremely communicative with me about putting a date on the calendar to get my car fixed when the parts came in. The parts took almost 3 months to come in, but once the parts came in Classic Collision whipped my car into shape in no time within less than a week. She looked like a beauty again. Communication and level of professionalism throughout the process were definitely appreciated. Thank you.

I can't say enough about how great the guys are at this location. It's the one that Central Auto bought and they took it to a whole new level. I battled with my Jeep for two hours the night before trying to install my new headlights myself. Only could get one and was feeling hopeless on getting the other. They were my heroes and saved the day
