I had spinal surgery a few years back and my doctor told me I needed to get a really good bed. I had researched many different beds before a friend of mine told me about Casper. I walked into the Washington Square location and met a wonderful sales associate named Bianca who walked me through all the different styles and what would be best for me and I ended up buying the dream bed. And it’s literally been a dream! If not for Bianca’s attention to detail and actually listening to what I wanted and needed I don’t think I would’ve ended up with the right bed. I can’t thank her enough for all her help and excellent customer service!!

My boyfriend and I bought the SNOW mattress and matching pillows. We absolutely love the bed, and have had a much better night sleep since. Bianca helped us the whole journey of finding the right bed for us, and she was great with answering all of our questions as well as getting the best deal. Unfortunately, the pillows weren’t a great fit, but returning them was such an easy process.

Such a horrible experience! The older sales lady who assisted and “helped” my brother and I this weekend was atrocious. We walked in to look at pillows and the sales associate was less than welcoming and assumed we probably were not going to make a purchase. We asked her about the display and she pulled out the “cheaper” options as she described them. Her snyde and condescending demeanor was so uncomfortable. Just because we are not a certain color of skin or not dressed up doesn’t mean I don’t have the money to purchase. You lady made my first time experience there the absolute worst.

Could not recommend Casper enough! We purchased a mattress with pillows, duvet, full set of sheets, and love everything. All of the staff was over-the-top helpful, you can't go wrong here!

Went in looking for a reasonably-priced, comfortable mattress. Darl was very helpful in guiding us through the different options, price points, and getting me a good deal on my purchase. I really liked that I could buy my mattress and have it in my car in a relatively small box that same day. Happy to leave a positive review for my good experience

Chloe was awesome to work with over the phone to make this purchase of the Adjustable Pro platform! When she was going to start her days off she asked her manager Steve to follow up with me, as he did and was also very helpful.I decided to go with the Pro model since it had the vibration feature, everything works very well, even though I am not using the vibration and would have been happy without it, but it was on sale and so I do have it as an option.The bed has virtually eliminated my snoring and mild sleep apnea, although there are other factors such as a stuffy nose or a heavy dinner that does cause some snoring on the mild side, but this is for sure easing congestion, still an adjustment period, but without hesitation I highly recommend this store and its products!

The experience of trying out new mattresses was unparalleled! Each bed was in a separate room which felt private. There was no pressure from staff. They were readily available to answer our questions. We absolutely love our new mattress. Thank you Chloe and staff for an incredible experience!

I walked in to buy a mattress and the woman said I looked like I couldn’t afford them and kicked me out. She said we looked like every other kid who goes in there and kicked us out without a warning.

I went in asking for a workers name and was trying to buy a pillow. She didn’t give me it and then proceeded to kick me out and then told us we looked like we couldn’t afford them. Never going back!

Do not recommend. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase. My bed frame and mattress arrived within a week which was great. However, the bed frame was missing the corner brackets so I couldn't set it up. I've been back and forth with customer service for two weeks and still no corner brackets. So far I've gotten $100 credited to my account and 2 complimentary pillows on the way. My mattress is on the floor and it is challenging to sleep on, my back hurts. I went to try the mattresses and the lady who was at the night shift was super nice, she really gave me great advices on what could I get in regards to my needs. She wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive model or wanted me to spend more on accessories or things I wouldn't need. She was like no sales person has been. It felt great, and gave an excellent representation to the brand. Thank you lady from Casper Store!
