This place is the worse . I wait like 3 moths for my bed when I went to the store they told me that my bed was supposed delivery before the end of the octuber every time I call always saying next moth or can I call you back and never receive a call back front them at least explain me something. So finally got my bed yesterday and then when I look one of the pieces , one has shapier pen since the bed is leather material I can’t take the shapier out . I wait so long and they pretend to take one of the pieces asap and what wait like 3 more months or what . This is so ridiculous after all the fight that I have with this persons I have to wait more . This place is the worse .

We bought a couch from Cascade Home Decor and it showed up DAYS late with ZERO notice. WE had to call THEM just to find out. When it finally did get delivered (at 8pm instead of the scheduled 4pm - by the way), they dinged our door, damaged our walls, and forgot to screw in an entire leg on the couch! Buying from Cascade was such a nightmare - I would not recommend.

Cascade Home Decor is a nice furniture store. We had a had a great experience and was very impressed with the quality of furniture they carried. We have a modern farmhouse style decor home and this goes great with our decoration. The table and chairs feel solid, and heavy and made of good quality. The delivery was excellent the gentlemen came in and out, assembled our furniture quickly and were great to work with. This was our first experience with Cascade Home Decor and it was wonderful! Thank you!

Was sold a broken table and chairs for $600. I kept the chairs. I had to move myself. Waited 2 weeks for new table. Only for me to take the heavy table back to them. Then I get a new table to home open it and find out this table is broken as well. Won't refund me the money that day because its sunday. Go in next day. First off get hit with an up sale. Then he tells me he will give me 200 for the table. Are you kidden me. This is your karma Cascade Home Decor. Give me another $150 and I'll erase this post.

unfortunately we did not have the same experience with Cascade Home Decor. We have already 15 days waiting for a response from some serious and responsible person of that company but it has not happened. We bought a dining set at normal price. we do not buy second or third products. when receiving the dining room game and taking it out of its boxes we went through moments of anger because 5 of the 6 chairs arrived with defects and scratches. the table with defects in the pattern of the drawing. at the time the delivery company was informed that we were not in agreement with the status of those products and we left it in writing on the invoice. The next day we contacted Cascade Home Decor to inform them of the situation. A week passed without any concrete response to the change of the product, they only said that we had to pay the delivery again to replace the chairs and table. This seemed unfair to us since the error was theirs and we did not have to pay for the delivery again. It turns out that they’re plan was for the 7 days to pass to claim that after 7 days there was no right to claim as the invoice says. this is the date that we have not received a response from our situation, so we had to go to the bank trying to cancel the payment, it was the only solution we got since they have not expressed any intention to solve our problem. fortunately we have photos of the poor quality of your product and emails in which from the first moment we inform them of the situation.
