“Excellent selection, great value, excellent customer service! I've made 3 laminate flooring purchases and each time the customer service had been exceptional. I highly recommend having employee John R. assist you with any questions or to place order(s). He made sure my orders were placed immediately and all of my orders arrived within a week. A couple things to know... 1) They don't keep inventory at the Portland location, it ships from a distribution center in central/eastern WA. 2) Orders are delivered to a logistics warehouse on Swan Island (near UPS) that's where customers must pick up their orders. 3) Simple Floors doesn't do installations and they don't contract with installers, they only sell the products (flooring).”

I read about Zakours on the Web and liked that they were a long-time business in the Portland area and they were independent--not part of a large chain. Harvey came out and measured the same day I called. I went in to their showroom and he had already picked some options for me to look at based on our discussion when he was at my home. The carpet was installed a week later. The team was absolutely excellent. The installation is flawless and beautiful. It makes me happy every time I see it. Wonderful service and equally wonderful execution. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring.”

“Love these guys- been around forever and for good reasons. They do a great clean and repair on valuable rugs. They picked up my large, heavy rug yesterday and, as part of the pickup did a careful inspection and pointed out a couple of things that I hadn't noticed that need a little work. You can get 15% off if you take your rug in and pick it up however I live on the second floor and watching him roll up my large rug and toss it over his shoulder made my day. Left with the rug and I got a written estimate. And they moved several pieces of furniture which was very helpful. Use these guys!”

“Wonderful and helpful service from Kevin, who even kindly picked up the samples I'd taken home so that I didn't have to drive all the way down south again. The price was very fair, and I appreciate the lack of any pressure to buy something more expensive when I decided on a very economical mill end. The install today was very well done and looks beautiful. The installer was quick and efficient , and our new paint wasn't even nicked as I thought it might be. All in all, I'd give this place a very high recommendation.”

I replaced the carpets in my 2006 Bayliner with Corinthian Marine's AquaMat AquaLoc and I couldn't be more pleased with the service, product quality and quick delivery. Corinthian provided the template for my boat model and even loaned me a snap tool which made the installation easy and simple. It took me less than two hours to remove the old carpet, clean the underlying floor surface, and install the snaps to secure the new flooring, which was fabricated to fit my boat perfectly. For a very reasonable investment. my boat looks brand new!”
