Kevin and Molly both are extremely helpful and patient. Even with the ice storm my LVP flooring install and carpet delivery were done in time for my move in. I give 10 stars to Carpet Mill Outlet's staff and installers for a job well done. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know and even other's whom I don't. Thank you. I feel at home now. Beautiful job.

Wonderful and helpful service from Kevin, who even kindly picked up the samples I'd taken home so that I didn't have to drive all the way down south again. The price was very fair, and I appreciate the lack of any pressure to buy something more expensive when I decided on a very economical mill end. The install today was very well done and looks beautiful. The installer was quick and efficient , and our new paint wasn't even nicked as I thought it might be. All in all, I'd give this place a very high recommendation.

From start to finish, the Carpet Mill Outlet was professional and easy to work with. They offer a huge selection of quality carpets, and the installers were very professional. Good upfront sales and pricing. Worked to meet our move-in schedule but no follow-up on installation completion and correction of mistakes.Waiting 4 weeks so far for installation of transition strips ( we currently are using painter's tape) and cleaning of a stain left by the installer that he didn't see because he didn't vacuum the carpeting before leaving. His assistant also left after the first hour they were here and the installation company owner had to install the carpet entirely by himself.He agreed to come back to install the transitions in the next week or so and we traded a few calls but they never contacted me or CMO to scheduled a time for completing the work. The installer now won't answer my calls or those from the Carpet Mill Outlet. The Carpet Mill Outlet is the responsible party here, as the installer is their subcontractor and has no contract with me.Carpet Mill Outlet (CMO) management and control of their installation-contractors for follow-up and completion is non-existent. Leaving their installers a voicemail and "asking around for others who could finish the job" is the extent of their efforts.There is no sense of urgency or responsibility on the part of either Carpet Mill Outlet or the installer, even though we are still holding a substantial amount of what we owe for the carpet and installation. This is to be paid upon the home owner's acceptance of the installation. In addition, they are hinting at charging me extra for coming back to install transition strips, which I would be willing to negotiate if they were getting the job done.After having carpet installed in two other homes, I have never seen anything like the lack of ability to get a job done right! I advise you use Carpet Mill Outlet ONLY if you have your own reliable installer.I may modify my post and rating, if this is resolved quickly to my satisfaction....stay tuned.

I had absolutely zero intention to buy anything from this place, just wandered over from the mill end store side.Turns out they had some carpet and pad remnants that fit perfectly under my treadmill and the guy was more than happy to go scrambling around making sure I got the right things.If they work that much for scraps I guarantee I will be back here my next real carpet purchase. Good job making a new customer who accidentally wandered in.

I know nothing about carpet but knew we needed to replace our bedroom carpet with something nice, durable, and affordable. We didn't need anything fancy or custom. Dave was very friendly and not pushy at all, taught us about carpet, and gave us his recommendation. The purchase was easy and our install was scheduled exactly when we needed it. And Carlos, the carpet installer? OUTSTANDING! He was so nice, worked extremely hard, and did a wonderful job! I have zero complaints about this entire process. And in this day and age, that never happens!!!

I just now walked into this carpet store.Two men were sitting at desks. Neither one even looked up at me. I said, "Hi" one of the men said, "hi" got up and walked in the opposite direction towards the back of the building. I went in to the area where the carpets were. Mind you, I had a sample of a rug in my hand from Mohawk. I looked around, compared some rugs to my sample. Neither one of these men bothered to help me or even look at me. I just slowly walked out. I am looking to carpet a 1600 sq ft home with 2 flights of stairs. So much for a little old lady trying to buy carpet. A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. I drove a half an hour to get here, damn it!
