Marine Carpeting LLC ( which is apparently just an online DBA for R&R Boat repair out of Georgia) is a dealer for Corinthian. I wish I did some research on them before I clicked purchase online. Months ago I bought a carpet for my boat. It arrived and was not even close to the template they first provided. Sent back the carpet and this time included my old boat carpet as a template. The carpet came back a second time and still does not fit, plus there’s a small snag in it already (which I’m assuming will only get worse with time). They told me to leave it in the hot boat and it will stretch. They are right, it will stretch a little bit, but it still didn’t stretch to the right size. To their credit, the carpet looks nice and thick, so it’s not something that can just be tugged on and stretched to size when it’s that far off the mark.Now I’m being told it’s too bad and it’s some how my fault they (2 times) didn’t cut a carpet to the right size. They won’t refund my money and they want me to just install it as is. Which I could do but it would require me to install snaps on the binding of the carpet and it would leave some of the old snaps fully exposed right next to the carpet.At this point I’ve wasted months of my summer boating time, I have no functional carpet, and now I don’t even have my old dirty carpet that I could at least use until I can resolve all this. I’m hoping I get a response and resolution from Corinthian since one of their dealers is clearly bad for business and does not represent the brand well.

Corinthian Marine is a first class supplier of customized boat flooring. I replaced the carpets in my 2006 Bayliner with Corinthian Marine's AquaMat AquaLoc and I couldn't be more pleased with the service, product quality and quick delivery. Corinthian provided the template for my boat model and even loaned me a snap tool which made the installation easy and simple. It took me less than two hours to remove the old carpet, clean the underlying floor surface, and install the snaps to secure the new flooring, which was fabricated to fit my boat perfectly. For a very reasonable investment. my boat looks brand new!

I just now walked into this carpet store. Two men were sitting at desks. Neither one even looked up at me. I said, "Hi" one of the men said, "hi" got up and walked in the opposite direction towards the back of the building. I went in to the area where the carpets were. Mind you, I had a sample of a rug in my hand from Mohawk. I looked around, compared some rugs to my sample. Neither one of these men bothered to help me or even look at me. I just slowly walked out. I am looking to carpet a 1600 sq ft home with 2 flights of stairs. So much for a little old lady trying to buy carpet. A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. I drove a half an hour to get here, damn it!

I cannot say enough about this company, Natalie Martinez was great, she came out to my home, measured and loved playing with my dogs. Her installation crew was absolutely the best. I did not take a before picture because the carpet was so trashed, but I did take after pictures, I can't believe how beautiful it is and we are so happy with both Natalie and Elvin, her installation crew!! I totally recommend them for your carpeting needs!!!

I live in Chicago and I worked with Natalie for my rental house in Beaverton. I called several businesses throughout Portland for a quote. Carpet Mill was the most affordable and knowledgeable. Natalie is wonderful to work with. She made sure everything was done correctly and made time to talk even after hours. I definitely recommend them!

I stopped by here about a week ago for some carpet padding. The service here is great, and very friendly. We were assisted by Natalie in getting the carpet padding and she was more than friendly and helpful to us. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

There are a lot of companies out there that sell a good product at a fair price. The true test is when something goes wrong and how they react. There was a problem with the carpet delivered but Diane fixed the problem quickly and without hesitation.Thanks for everything, We love the new carpet in our boat!

This was my first experience buying carpeting and I could not be more pleased with the service we received at Carpet Mill. Natalie was great informing, guiding and listening to needs. Great selection and found just what we wanted. Installation happened after only THREE days! We had a guest arriving and I was so thrilled that they could get us scheduled in time. Carlos did installation and he was lovely and did a wonderful job, including leaving the space clean once he was done. Will definitely go back when our carpeting needs arise again!

Found the Carpet Mill Outlet via other yelp reviews and it did not disappoint. Met Dave there and can say I've never seen such great customer service. When the original carpet we wanted turned out to not be available on the very tight timing we needed, Dave proactively looked for similar options to share back with us to save us time. We ended up using his alternate suggestion which turned out great. He kept us updated on our order and install along the way so we knew we were staying on track with timing. If we ever need carpet again, Carpet Mill Outlet will be our go to.
