It was kismet when I just happened to drive by this place because I was really thinking about going to Home Depot. I needed to buy carpet for a rental, and I was in a hurry because my tenant needed to move in quickly. Dean was so helpful with ordering a carpet and padding. This was on a Friday. He told me the carpet would be ready to pick up on Monday. As everyone knows, nowadays, there's often a hitch in plans, but because of Dean it went smoothly. He was very friendly and helpful, and the Carpet Kingdom priced were reasonable. I am now a loyal customer.

We've been using Carpet Kingdom for our flooring needs for over 10 years. We've purchased carpet, tile and are about to go with a luxury vinyl.Each time we've been in we've received excellent care and assistance. They have a large selection, offering multiple price points, which we have always found to be very competitive.We have continued to be pleased with our experiences with these guys!

Dean was very knowledgeable and helpful. George did a fine job installing and was prompt and thorough. No monkey business in the $$ department either. We were almost going to go with Home Depot for our carpet and flooring, but fortunately went by CK for a second option. HD's "service" was pathetic in comparison.

Personable and Professional. I was greeted after having received an estimate from one of the installers. I went to the store to pick out the carpet and floor and was sent home with the samples to choose from.Thanks to Jorge, after his visit he shared what would happen and how long it would take. You cant beat the price. Compare for yourself. True to word from the start. Appreciated some furniture being moved around to make things happen. A couple touch ups needed but worth every penny. Thanks Dean!

Just like is says, lots of carpet options are found here! They have other flooring supplies too like some vinyl, laminate, and tile options. We were browsing, the service was just fine. They offered help, but let us do our thing while we just looked.

I want to like these guys as much as many others but there's just no way. After getting a quote from Home Depot, I decided to shop around for other quotes. Carpet Kingdom said they could match HD, or come close, and I like supporting locally. The final quote was a bit higher than HD's and I was careful to ask if it was all inclusive- old carpet haul away, new install, etc and the answer was yes. Until it came time to move furniture. Oh furniture moving that's extra... finding this out the day before the install left me in a spot where the only option seemed like agreeing to pay the extra fee. Day of install, movers scuffed the trim but otherwise went smoothly. Upon touching up the trim later I see a hole in the carpet, where it looked like some carpet fibers had been stuffed in it to keep from being noticeable. Called carpet kingdom and was told he'd look into it and call back.. 4 days later and no return call. Won't stop trying to get the good work I paid for and they agreed to do done.

What a great place! I was in town last month working on my rental house. I had a short amount of time in which to get my old carpet removed and new carpet installed. Tom was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive to my calls. I had new carpet installed in just a few days. I also happened to mention I was looking for a landscaper. Not only did he make a recommendation, he called them and helped me schedule an estimate. Talk about "above and beyond!"
