If you are going to lock up all of your products you need to staff enough employees to open up the cases or else you are gonna suffer way more than a little shop lifting. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come open up the body wash cabinet and no one ever came. They don't have enough employees to open up cases for paying customers and yet they have money to pay 4 security guards to stand around and do nothing and make fun of old ladies for farting .... Very disappointing, I will not be coming here anymore

i mean talk about the most completely worthless company of all time. We did a same day delivery and person said they had everything but arrived and almost every order was incorrect and of course we called and worthless people cannot help we have to call at tiny time frame to talk to a different department (talk about compartmentalization for the sake of not helping) talk about total incompetence rather deal with dmv than worthless excuse for a company hiring losers with no brain cells in their body.

4-stars for the employees at the checkout. 1 for Dina(manager??). I was being rung up and had alcohol and had to wait for an approval for age(since most of the cashiers are under age....Target.... You have to know this and needs to be addressed) anyways. Both the employee(Raul?) and the employee in the next lane called....several times for pretty much anyone to come up. They both apologized and were nice the whole time. After about 5 minutes Dina came up and immediately chewed out Raul?... ridiculous... the kid was new and did all of the right things they were most likely....somewhat trained to do. Dina was rude. Dismissive of me and treated the whole scene as an inconvenience and then blamed them.. I know it's the season and busy but target... fix this. Raul.... You did great... hang in there and hopefully you will be treated better and get an apology from Dina.

I FILED EXTENSIVE COMPLAINTS ON YOUR STORE. YOUR STORE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. YOUR MANAGER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOU'VE GOT NO BUSINESS TELLING CUSTOMERS THE LIES THAT YOU CHOOSE TO TELL. The behavior in the CUSTOMER SERVICE area when I go in to check on my order is even more extremely concerning as you have people fussing and walking around and looking at toys and looking at returns and staff members chatting with one another showing each other pictures on the phone and then have the nerve to lie and say that they have to be specially trained in order to go back there and fulfill those orders, that doesn't make sense. If you can shop for yourself you can shop for somebody else you know the store in and out it can't be that difficult. If you don't have enough workers to fulfill the orders to grab some other staff and have them do it or have yourself do it you're a manager if you can't find those people to do it get up off your butt and do it yourself that's your job to please your customers not to please your workers or to please yourself And I hope these escalated complaints that continue will be given because I'm gonna make sure everybody I know that has the same issue complains and I will continue to complain and tell either one target takes us off their site or you guys get on the ball and start fulfilling orders professionally properly and how they're supposed to be done correctly . Do you have a wonderful day Respectfully, Christina Underwood. P.N. (She,her, hers)

I've been in this neighborhood over a year now and at this point it is clear this is the worst Target I have ever shopped at. Understocked, messy, out of items even if they are listed in stock online (for this specific location). Sometimes the employees are really nice, other times they are extremely rude, but they are always clearly overworked and chronically and cripplingly understaffed. If I can't find the item I need within ten minutes it's never going to happen, because even if we find an employee they have no idea where to look or just don't have the time to help so they don't. Wait times to check out are hit or miss; never know if checkout is going to be 15+ minutes. I'm now going back to shopping other locations, even though they are over 30 minutes away, because it's just not worth trying to get anything here. Target: Staff Your Store. It's clear the company doesn't value our neighborhood enough to invest in this location.

This used to be a perfectly fine Target. Today I abandoned my basket for the first time ever, after waiting in line for 10 minutes for the self-checkout. It was the busiest time of the week and they had two checkout lanes open, each with 10+ people waiting, and three self-checkout kiosks (one is currently broken) with 20+ people in line. Other reviews comment about the barren shelves. The thing is, you can see that those items are in stock. I know the stock counts aren't always accurate, but you actually can order these same items for pickup. I have never had my pickup order cancelled due to lack of stock. If I go in the store to try to find those same items, it's a total gamble, and one I lose more and more. I suspect they just don't have enough employees to put the items on the shelf. The shelves behind lock and key are always full. You might think this proves what a great policy it is to lock items up. Actually, due to the lack of employees, customers have simply been trained not to bother and to just get their detergent and Advil somewhere else. We all know that shoplifting is a problem, but the answer is not armed guards decked out in tactical gear that I'm sure looks super cool to them when they flex their arms in front of the mirror every morning. I once left the store while a guard shouted, "HAVE A GREAT NIGHT AND ENJOY YOUR STUFF!" I and another customer turned around, and she explained, "Oh, not you guys. That lady stole a bunch of stuff and it's been happening all day. Sorry." Okay, that must be really frustrating, but what a relief to know I'm right next to someone with a hair-trigger temper who's armed with a deadly weapon. Here's what's known to reduce shoplifting: staffing your store to an appropriate level. Figure out how to do that, and maybe you'll attract more customers than shoplifters. I'm sorry to the employees who had to put back the couple items I left in my basket. You deserve a lot more pay.

I used toblove this Target, but it's gone way downhill. Theft is such a huge problem that there are more loss prevention employees wandering around than actual clerks, and there are about 20 registers, but I've never seen more than 1 or 2 people staffed at checkout. Why bother having so many registers if you aren't going to pay employees to staff them? And I understand the theft issue is a much larger conversation that requires the city to actually start addressing the houselessness crisis, mental health, and rehabilitation services, but that's an issue the city needs to address. My biggest issue is that this has also bled into apathetic employees (I don't blame the workers, however. You guys do your best and should seriously unionize for better pay and benefits for what you have to put up with), huge swathes of empty shelves, and expired goods all over the place. I have informed people several times that products were expired only to have the same expired products sit on the shelves. A few weeks ago I handed an expired box of peanut butter cups to an employee at checkout, the candies had expired in August of last year. The employee just put them in a pile of things to put back and I found them on the same shelf the next week. Today, we did a pick up and go order and several of the food items we received were already expired by several months, and will need to be returned, including the same Atkins peanut butter cups that I'd already reported as being expired TWICE! Target clearly doesn't care about checking expiration dates on food items, and has no issue selling goods to consumers that could make them sick. If you shop here, be wary of what you're buying, and please check the expiration date, because no one else seems to be, and no one seems to care if it's gone bad.

I went into the pharmacy today about 2:15 PM . The person that I talked to was short and didn't want to help. I keep getting messages from CVC telling me that Michael based on our records you may need additional vaccine(s). Click the link below to review and schedule your vaccine(s) and Please Reply: Rx DOC is overdue for refill at CVS Pharmacy. Michael, are you running low on DOC? Text YES to have us contact your doctor to refill. I explained this to her and she said she didn't know and wouldn't even look up my record. I'm done with them and will not be back.

This Target is real bad. Their inventory is constantly terrible, full of empty shelves lacking basic things like socks and Target gift cards. It also has the problem (common these days) of locking stuff up to prevent thievery, but not having enough staff to unlock the cases for you.

This was my first time shopping at any large Corporate store in years and it wasn't too bad at all. They have reasonably priced baby things, clothes, toys, books and non-100% plastic options. The customer service at the self-checkout I received was phenomenal. Friendly, intuitive and attentive and also generous!

This target is genuinely a shitshow. Horribly managed in every way. All of the employees are clueless and/or rude without any reason to be. I don't know how this target has completely changed the tone of my day so many times.

Woman at the customer service counter was short with me when I was asking a question about an order and kind of seemed like she wanted people to leave her alone which defeats the whole purpose of having customer service available lol. Sarah at self check out is a queen. Mixed bag

I have to give it 1 star to write a review, but I give it ZERO! The worst customer service. Picture it, a Sunday afternoon about 12:45. You have your basket filled and go to check out. There are no cashiers only self-check out. When I as a man that works for Target explaining that there is a very long line (about 15 people in line on both sides). His response was that "we are very short staff, not our fault, talk to Target". What a shame. I used love shopping at this store. Sad, sad, sad.

Really impressed by this Target location. I recently moved from CA, and the Target near my home (Clackamas) hardly has anything on their shelves, inventory is wrong, and order pick-up has also failed (says it's ready when they can't find my order). I wanted to buy a gingerbread house for my daughter, so I placed a pick-up order at 7 am.Literally 30 minutes later (at most!), I received an email saying my order was ready to pick up. I was amazed that they were that efficient! I headed over there a couple hours later and decided to go inside to pick up my order instead of using drive-up. I was pleasantly surprised to see no lines at the order pick-up/customer service. The person helping me was friendly and promptly came out with my order. I glanced around the store, and it was neat and orderly and the shelves looked fully stocked! Although this is a little further away from my home, I'm definitely going to be using this Target location more often. I need them to be quick, efficient, and dependable, and they check all these boxes so far!
