They said the job would take 2 hours and it took 4 hours. The backup camera that I wanted installed did not work when they were done in the reverse position. There was wire remnants left on the floor after they were finished.

came into cartoys looking for an improvement on my subwoofer and sound system. jordan was SUPER friendly and very helpful. talked me through options and gave advice/recommendations. he basically built me a custom box for my new woofers and took care of me through the whole thing. shoutout to jordan!

Kyle is an absolute pro at installing window tint! If I had more windows to tint, I’d bring it to him! Front-end staff were awesome and made good conversation while waiting to get the work done. I highly recommend this Car Toys for your service. First time here, but will always come back!

Many things were not cleaned and the windshield was greasy as if the wrong product has been used. I had to clean basic stuff that had been missed when I got home. And it took 2.5 hours not sure why.

Went in for help with my car alarm, purchased from this store about 10 years ago. (It still runs GREAT - just needed to know how to work a certain feature.)

After my car got stolen I got a good alarm / remote starter. It occasionally needs it’s brain reset. They did a great install on it and are usually always kind and patient to get my alarm reset. I got my glass chips fixed here and will likely get my tints done here as long as I get a good price for the product/ install. I only do business with companies who take the best care of me that they can, and they do. I recommend them!
