Great experience with sales and install. Had a small fitting issue and the installer did not like how it came out so he called and had me come down and take a look. He was correct and he said let's see what we can figure out. I asked my sales person to help and he solved the problem. Great experience from begging to end.

Went to get a stereo installed and I left there totally satisfied. The sales guy was very informative and understanding to what I wanted. The tech did a great job on the install. They were busy and they were still willing to fit me in with it being early afternoon. They had it ready ahead of the time they gave me. I totally recommend going there.

Took my new (to me) VW Jetta to this Cartoys to get the windows tinted. They were upfront, attentive, and did great work. I love my new car even more with these slick tinted windows! They were even done early and it still looks fantastic a couple weeks later.

They were so helpful. I bought a car from down the street that was supposed to have a working backup cam that they made car toys install. I guess it was provided by the dealer and not bought at car toys. I brought them the receipt from the dealer and they called the dealer to ask them to pay for a working backup cam for me. The dealer was trying to make me pay for something that was already supposed to be working. so I went to the dealership and demanded they pay for the backup cam and once I got the check, car toys was fast on installation and offered once I get my new license plate to install that for me as well. I had issue with the style of backup cam as it got in the way of my license plate and they installed a better model for no extra charge. ? Thank u car toys! u guys were the easiest part of buying a used car. (plus the safety i get from a working backup cam) appreciate it ??

Went in to upgrade my 15 year old car stereo. I was able to get one for $100 and now I can ROCK my iPhone in my car. The person working there was very helpful and hooked me up with some wire connectors so I could install the stereo myself. They can do it for $170 but I’m pretty handy and was able to do it myself and save a few bucks.

When I first came into the car toys with an issue with my security system they did offer to help. They showed some signs of annoyance when I question them about possibilities. Initially I was quoted $30 for something that was 10. But to their credit the older gentleman who seem to be in charge came over to me told me that the product was $10 and then was very helpful throughout the duration of my visit. I do not want to leave a bad review because I think that they did their job and even though I did feel like the initial people were annoyed they were not necessarily out of line. They probably get weird people in there all the time trying to con them or get free things. They recovered nicely and everyone was professional and polite. I think this is a good location for car toys and that they provide quality products and services. I'm happy with them and I do intend to go back to buy more products later as well. They also offered financing and services if needed and were quick to provide those options.
