“I only go through Enterprize and have used them many times. They have great vehicles. They are clean and usually a newer modles which offer Eco/fule efficient. Their requirements are for driver's are reasonable. They offer insurance, or if your current insurance covers rentals then your able to use current insurance. This last time, I went through priceline instead of straight with enterprize and there was some confusion with the billing. The manager got right back with me and it was corrected. I 100% won't ever go through another rental company because of the business ethics with this company. Thank you!!!”

“Just a quick shout out to Chris and Reese. Had to rent a car because mine was broken into by a goat who ended up eating the front passenger's seat and part of the steering wheel.
They didn't have the little economy car I reserved, so Reese hooked me up with a plug-in hybrid minivan--which ended up being a total chick magnet if by "chick" you mean "40-year-old single moms at the Peninsula Park pool." I thoroughly enjoyed the attention.
And then Chris was nice enough to drive me back to the repair shop after I dropped off the minivan, which was a huge help since it was 101 degrees yesterday and my skin color was once described by a gym teacher as "transparent."”

“These guys (2 employees seem to run the show) are awesome - you won’t get an almost new car like you would with the Big Boys but you’ll still get a reliable one.
Mine did have a decent size crack in the windshield but only had 50k mikes even though is was a few years old.
Good news is the Big Boys quoted me around 100 bucks a day but these guys only charged me 45! :) praying the lords blessing on them.”

I rented a car from the E Burnside location while my car was at the autobody shop. As we all know, having repairs done and being without your vehicle for a stent of time is pretty stressful however, these folks made it painless.
I don’t write reviews often however, I feel compelled to give them a “shout out”. Thanks everyone!”

We initially went in to look into the option of an accessible van. Troy was extremely patient and showed us all of the options. My wife also requires hand controls, something we had no experience with before going in. Jemal went the extra mile to allow my wife to sit in his personal vehicle equipped with hand controls to get the feel of them as they did not have a vehicle on the lot equipped.
We ultimately decided not to go with a van, but Troy recommended an OT for my wife to get a prescription for her hand controls. After this, he was able to order exactly what we needed and it only took a couple of weeks for the parts to come in. He also ordered a power wheelchair lift for our truck which was installed the day after the hand controls were put in our car, the same day she had her lesson on the controls in our car.
This brings me to Jesse, the GM. He was friendly and fantastic to work with. He worked with us to ensure our truck would be done after the hand controls so that we wouldn’t have to make another trip out. He also set me up with a ride home the day I dropped off our car.
After the install of the lift on our truck, he was surprised we did not get a swing away to allow the tailgate to work, something I wasn’t sure we needed. After he explained to us that the lift was heavy and difficult to remove, we opted to see if we could get a swing away. Luckily they had one in stock and he took our truck back and they had it fully complete in 30 minutes.
Never once did we feel pressured to spend more than we needed to or get something we didn’t need. Everyone ensured that we were confident in our choices and made sure we did what was best for my wife.
To top it off, their waiting room is fantastic.”
