As a person who became self-employed as a creative craftsperson I have had to go through many learning curves on the business side of things. The people at Careus have been great partners for liability and worker's comp insurance; guiding me through the processes and making it simple yet being available and patient when I had questions or going into specifics. I feel confident and supported in these parts of my business and able to focus my attention on other priorities.

We have been extremely happy after a transition to Caerus a little more that a year ago. We get regular request for Certificates of Insurance and they are quick to get them back to our clients.They communicate very well and timely, a relief when you don't have to followup when you make a request.At last, their rates were superior to our previous insurance agency.
