I am slowly losing my patience with this location and certain employees. We frequent this location as my daughter collects them. Each one is special each one has a place and each one is played with as they’re her babies… she’s rewarded with these she celebrates special occasions with these build a bears so yes we are frequent that does not give any employee a right to treat her differently or cop an attitude because we come in often. She’s excited every time we come and looks forward to it otherwise we wouldn’t be coming. An employee by the name of Meghan is the exception as she has never treated our family any kind of way other than with kindness and professionalism. We always hope to get her when we go and very happy/grateful when we do.
I’m not sure who we’ve offended but I’m about ready to address this issue with leads and higher ups.

I needed a ballerina bear for a friend's new baby girl due in July. I thought this would be the perfect place to find one. Not! At first, there was only one sales person in the store. She was not very friendly or helpful. I wanted a white bear, they didn't have any. I decided to go with pink, and wanted either a ballerina or angel, didnt have that. Since she decided I didn't need anymore help, she went back to doing whatever she was doing at the counter. I was frustrated but decided to look around. They DID have ballerina tutus, in white, just like I was looking for! Fortunately another sales person came on the floor, and was very nice and very helpful. As far as I'm concerned, I won't be back. I spent more money, and spent way more time than I had planned, and left unhappy. It should have been a happy experience but didnt come close!

Great shopping experience. 5 year old saved allowance for 3 months and went to get a bear. Staff was awesome, were all in to addressing Grand daughter and making it special for her. Cost was reasonable - she had $33 and got the bear and outfit she wanted. Kudos Build a Bear, you did awesome!

Elise was wonderful. I came here to get a couple of bears repaired. Elise was patient and really helped me out 2 bears are getting returned to their 2 year old owners.

Very fun place to shop and buy a stuffed animal and dress it with huge amount of choices to choose from. Very friendly staff.

Called ahead, staff was friendly. Went in later and staff was patient helping my overly excited 4y/o build his first bear. Definitely recommend taking your little for their birthday, you only pay the age their turning (example, i only paid $4 cause he's turning 4 this week). You pay extra for an outfit or talking heart, but it's definitely worth seeing them happy and have a special friend that they 'made'.Definitely going back on years to come.

I wish I remembered her name but the woman who stuffed our bears (short blondish hair and glasses) was so sweet and so was Amanda at the register!

Brought in my 5 year old for her birthday. We were both a bit overwhelmed with all the choices, but it was very engaging and fun for her! The person filling the critters with stuffing was so chatty and kind, and the 'heart ceremony' they do is super sweet! Definitely will be back.

They did a good job studying my bear even adding more stuffing to make mine firm when I ask. They have so many cute outfits for the bears too! The staff was nice. The bears are a bit pricey but if you want a custom bear then you pay the price.
