I usually am pretty happy.
My service advisor seemed slow and uninterested.
I dropped the car off at 7:30 and didn’t get a call until late afternoon. I have both the service package AND extra warranty. My previous advisor never called me unless he knew what was covered and was not. I had to request this which wasted time.
The over service is something I do like and I appreciate that service.

My experience was great! They had the vehicle I was looking for, which was very specific. The entire process took just enough time but not longer than needed to be. Navid was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and understood my needs. I would highly recommend GMC of Beaverton to anyone!

Was looking for a good deal on a GMC Canyon here in Spokane, but no one offers discounts. I found Beaverton GMC and they had a nice discount on a higher model Canyon. I ended up with a better truck at a better price. It was worth the drive and the people were excellent. Thanks!

Waited 2 1/2 hrs for oil service at $196 with DEF not topped off, no outside wash, no other services but just oil. Not worth the cost.

I have taken my new 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 Diesel truck a few times back to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle for regular maintenance. In respect to another dealership experience e.g. Lexus, my expectations have not met here yet. When I take in the truck for regular maintenance I would like to see a list of things which scheduled by the factory recommendation. This is what my assistant did:
- he kept saying oil change was going to happen, I keep telling him, it is not just oil change, but also 30k mile maintenance needs to happen
- he decided not to perform some of the recommended things because it is cheaper somewhere else: windshield wiper change, def, etc. without asking me upfront if I wanted them or not. He just told me it was not done
- I asked him if tires were rotated, he said yes, but they were not on the bill I noticed at home. I called him back and texted with my question about it, but he never answered back. I needed to call the shop next day
- the two recalls on the vehicle were not performed , he said he would schedule them, but he did not. I had to call the shop again.
I would like to have a consistent good communication about all the work needs to be done by factory recommendations for a milestone service and if something is not done I want to hear why upfront with me having to chase it down calling the shop again and over again after the visit.

I traveled from Medford to Beaverton and picked up 2024 Sierra 1500. The price was of the truck was $10,000 cheaper compared locally and entire west coast GMC dealerships - similar add ons. And I did compare it to majority GMC dealerships on west coast. No one could match them. Happy with my experience. Ali and Mustafa made it easy!

I once gave this company a 5 star review, but I have since been extremely disappointed with their service department.
They change the price on service multiple times, and usually only when I begin to question it.
They do not truly want to help problem solve an issue with you, they are cut and dry and not helpful.
I have had 3 check engine lights since going to this dealership, and I felt taken advantage of two of the three times. The third time, I was charged $1,100.00 for a diagnosis of my vehicle. Then $9,800 for a new transition. I went to a different place and was charged $4,000 all in.
They feel like they are taking advantage of you. They sent me away with a very sour taste. I would never recommend their service department, and will obviously never be back with my business.

I inquired about a truck, I was contacted about the truck. Sales asked for trade info, and got my info on the phone for a credit app. I asked them to run my credit but please don’t shop it. See if we could do a deal with the terms I asked for. In a matter of hours they did a credit check and shopped it 5 or 6 times, 24 hrs later I got a notification they shopped it 4 or 5 more times. I had to call them and ask what was up. Sales was rude and told me I should be happy with the terms. It wasn’t what I wanted. Told me that I didn’t want to get in a pissing match with them after I confronted them about over shopping it. I will never trust Lithia dealerships again if this is how they conduct business. All I wanted was a simple resolution to the situation. I wasn’t about to buy with them. I have purchased many cars from lithia dealerships but this dealership failed on Honesty, communication and integrity goes a long ways and they made sure I was asking way to much.
