Brooklyn Pharmacy is a true neighborhood business and a gem, providing the best quality service. It is a place where everyone is super nice, kind, helpful, and welcoming. The staff are extremely communicative, transparent, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. They go above and beyond to help their patients, showing understanding and compassion. They are always on top of it and genuinely care, coming through for customers in a pinch when larger pharmacies cannot. It is clear they are really good at what they do. The pharmacy itself is everything a pharmacy should be, even carrying specific pet medicines. It is a wonderfully responsive place where small acts mean so much, making it almost unheard of in this age. Customers never want to use another pharmacy and will make the drive to give them their business going forward.

My name is Janelle and I live close to this pharmacy. After a very stressful and busy day at work today, 2-5-25, the pharmacist Pat was extremely helpful with what I needed. He was kind and showed compassion too. I will be changing pharmacies to this one. Thank you Pat and I will be back on Saturday.
