We’ve been getting our cars serviced here for many years. It’s a local business with personalized service. They don’t try to sell you work you don’t need. It’s like an old-time car repair garage, with modern equipment. I think they’re a much better choice than the impersonal, overpriced dealerships.

Sometimes I have to pick an auto shop by the shortest distance for a tow, but thankfully, this shop is also a neighborhood shop - 2 bonuses! In addition to these perks, Broadway Imports is also a quality shop - based on the trifecta of - Expertise, Pricing, and Ethics. This shop has all of these qualities - plus, friendly and clean to boot! But wait, there's more! This shop has even more to offer - Women will especially appreciate this one... the owner is respectful and doesn't have an ounce of condescension in his tone. He'll answer your questions w/o a hint of mansplaining. Such a gem.
Unfortunately, I don't have an import anymore, so I have to find another mechanic for my GMC. So when someone decided to drill a hole in my gas tank and left me in a bind the other day... I called hoping to find a referral to another shop that could work on my car. This guy is salt of the earth and did so much more... He located a used replacement tank for my vehicle and offered to fix it for me anyway. Plus - He got it done for 1/3 the price that someone else quoted me. If you have an import, this is THE shop. I highly recommend Broadway Imports. They are good people. They do great work. And they are good to their customers!

9 year old Honda. Had intermittent electrical problems but then it just started to stop working. Looked for a local shop to avoid getting to the dealer in Beaverton. Saw the good reviews here, called them, and staggered over. He knew immediately what it was, we discussed options and prices, and they got it back to me that afternoon. I’ll definitely be back.

Never had such a rude customer service from someone for asking to understand the cost of repairs. Everywhere else is around 1500. When i asked for price break down he told me that they arent the right shop and hung up.

Great find - I've lived in this neighborhood for a while and I had no idea I had such a solid shop right down the street. I've been in twice now with my Element, once for an overheating issue and once for a knocking issue. The guys here know their stuff and they're transparent about what they're doing and why they're doing it . . . They get the job done in good time and they don't try to upsell me with stuff I don't need. The world needs more shops like this ?

They saved me thousands of dollars. I have a 2000 Subaru - another mechanic we've been going to for years (also well reviewed here) told us we need $7250 in repairs. We were shopping around for new cars and thought we'd get a second opinion. Broadway Imports didn't think we needed any of that work (a new oil gasket and new shocks and struts), Our car is working great and now we have a new mechanic we can trust.

I was struggling to fix my Subaru for 2 months looking at everything except for the real issue (that I installed my starter without the ground cable connected).
Eventually I gave up and took a chance at Broadway Imports where I was treated with great customer service. Dan who works there was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful, answering all my novice car mechanic questions, and immediately noticed the problem with my starter (literally within a minute) I drove out soon after. Thank you Dan!

I live in Montana, but might continue to call and visit Chase and Dan at Broadway Import Auto Service! It's rare to come across such honest brokers, who take the time to explain all aspects of the work. What's more, they continue to help me with decision making about the right car for me and what I need to do with my current vehicle to suit my needs. I can't recommend them more highly.

They always give us the strait answer about what is needed and they never try to upsell us. They really do a lot to create loyalty by doing the simple things well: communication, courtesy, charging fair prices, and doing things on time.
