10/10. By far my favorite location to enjoy a cigar. The environment is incredible, with any seating option you could dream up. Couch, recliner, desk etc. Many times there will be other cigar connoisseurs enjoying each others company, watching a good show/game together on the TV, and also others enjoying their alone time. The nice part about this location is how there is opportunity for whatever mood I’m in. More social, or less social, this is the place to enjoy a quality stick. The manager Martin always makes me feel at home whenever I walk through the door, and I hope for as long as I’m alive, their doors are open.

It was my first time checking out Broadway Cigar Co and it was great! Jonathan really personalized the experience selecting cigars and was very knowledgeable about the different brands and flavor profiles. Thank you again Jonathan, highly recommend this place!

Stopped in while on a recent visit to Portland and found the tobacconist to be welcoming and engaging. Took time to answer my questions and share some knowledge. Invited me to stay and enjoy my purchase in-store which was unexpected. Enjoyed the visit and would return.

I am new to smoking cigars and wanted to try my first lounge experience and I was happily surprised. The service was impeccable! The guys Martin and Jonathan were so kind, welcoming, and checked on me and my girlfriend repeatedly to make sure we were happy with our sticks and comfortable. They carry so much knowledge that I felt confident to trust them with recommendations. Which resulted in some pretty good cigars on my list. The lounge is so comfortable we ended up staying till they closed. My girlfriend even got invited to a girls cigar event off the bat. Really felt community oriented. I will absolutely be back, probably tomorrow!

This has been my go-to cigar shop for 4 years now. I cant say enough good things about this place. Every time I walk through the door I’m treated like a friend or family member walking into their home. Ruth and Martin are always fabulous hosts and super knowledgeable. The quality is top notch and the prices are great. Highly recommend!

Nice location for cigar smokers. Comfortable lounge with ample seating. You will find some unique chairs that are fun. Nice walk in humidor with a reasonable selection. Owner Jason is friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions, or need recommendations. Very comfortable atmosphere.

Place is ok. Was overcharged from the price marked in the humidor but as a consumer you don’t know the total before swiping. Lounge is chill but only worth buying the stick you are going to smoke there, anything more and you’ll be overcharged. Received a pitch for a stick twice the price I could get elsewhere but turned that down. Cool spot if you get by the sharks in the front.

Absolutely the best cigar lounge I’ve been in throughout the country! The lounge has a very casual feel with a world class customer service mentality. The leather seating and natural tones of the decor was very inviting.Neil was excellent. I was spoken to in a knowledgeable friendly tone about the type of cigar I was wanting. Neil led me to one of the best cigars I’ve ever had without pushing a brand/manufacturer. The only negative I have is the location, I wish it was closer to my home! Many lounges could learn from the hospitality and knowledge of Neil and this lounge.
