Do NOT get this place confused with A1 Alteration Station, which is further down the street. This is my go to place! She does an awesome job. I’ve had her do some complicated things too! Bringing some suits there today to be altered for a wedding.

Brought in a patches to be replaced. Paid 10 dollars per patch. Each patch that was replaced was put on crooked.

Had a jacket adjusted in the waist and had the sleeves let out. Also had a sweater taken in along the sides. Both garments went from a awkwardly loose to fitting perfectly. Nicely done!

The tailor was very friendly and she helped me problem-solve how to best alter one of my favorite long-sleeved shirts. She definitely paid attention to the tiniest details and the finished shirt looked great and fit better than ever. I would definitely take other items here for alteration.

We needed something hemmed and they change by the yard. We were just over a yard and she was charging us for 1/2 yard. It was an easy job. Horrible customer service. Money hungry.

I have brought all of my tailoring to Kay at Broadway Alteration Station for almost 15 years now. She is one of the best tailors in Portland, no matter your needs. For me, she has done everything from near-invisible mending of moth-eaten sweaters to major surgery on sport coats and suit jackets with an extremely high level of expertise, artistry, and precision. There's no garment she can't improve.

Best tailor I've found in Portland so far. The owner is super friendly and they did a great job patching some of my favorite old jeans. I also have them hem a bunch of jeans as well. Totally recommend Broadway Alteration Station to everyone.
