Jason, the owner is amazing. He treats all of his customers with kindness and makes sure everything is taken care of without asking. My family has been going to Jason for all of our clothes and bedding needs for many years. I’m about 2 months late leaving this review, but I wanted to make sure I got to it. First, a big thanks to Jason for his patience. When you are sensitive to fragrances, it’s hard to find a place to bring something like a big comforter. Mine would not fit in my washer. Jason assured me he has other customers like me and that he could wash it and it wouldn’t smell like detergent. I was skeptical, but sure enough when I picked it up the next day it did not smell like any detergent.If your primary problem is strong scented detergents, I’d say give this place a shot if you have something big that needs to be washed. Jason used 7th Generation unscented detergent for my comforter.It’s always a risk when you live with this problem, so even if it didn’t work out, I couldn’t blame it on Jason as he works hard to meet his customers needs. I hope this review is helpful to anyone in the same boat! Keep up the great work, Jason!

Without a doubt, the best dry-cleaning operation in all of the Portland metro. Jason is as professional as anyone I've ever dealt with. He cares about his customers and the reputation of his business, and that shows through in the high quality of service he delivers. Jason, the owner, is a kind soul and an absolute gem of a human. He has done such a great job with all of the random garments we have brought to him ranging from sweat pants to my wedding dress. I called Jason after finding him on Yelp. I'd been very disappointed in our previous cleaners after they gave my expensive shirts to someone else...twice. Just days before my wedding, the one thing that I'd forgotten was to get everything pressed...for 6 people AND multiple pieces. I was under a time crunch and a little panicked given this is such a special event. Jason was so kind and said he would be happy to help me. He didn't have to, but he totally stepped up to save the day!! I picked everything up tonight and it's all beautiful. He did such nice work with every piece. We have officially found our new cleaners! Thank you, Jason! I really appreciate what you did, you went above and beyond!

Bridge City Cleaners is amazing, they are my go-to cleaner as I ran into a home emergency situation where I needed a tie and a prom dress pressed that my daughter just finished making and it was the day of the prom. Jason did not hesitate to press the tie and he also pressed the just completed prom dress while I waited. I highly recommend Bridge City Cleaners for all of your dry cleaning needs.
