Ian at Braidia was great to work with in buying my used Ranger. He was patient, straightforward, and honest throughout the experience, and communicated promptly regarding my questions and when helping to schedule a 3rd party inspection of the vehicle. Also, he gave me a great price!

If you want a USED sports car this is the place to go. Firstly the lot was full of absolutely beautiful cars, you will need to park outside the dealership due to their huge inventory. I’m a 20yr old car enthusiast with little to no credit and purchasing my dream car here was incredibly easy.
I crashed my 350z and was distraught looking for a new one, on their website they had exactly what I was looking for. I visited Braidia a couple times with my parents with zero notice and they seemed very busy, yet still welcoming. They offered us deals on cars we were interested in and encouraged us to check out our credit with them. This process was very smooth and they never pressured us regardless of being booked and receiving back to back phone calls. Alonzo and the manager (forgot his name) and Nikki were very kind, they encouraged me to sign a car loan by myself instead of with my co-sign since my goal is to build credit, which resulted in a low APR.
The car I wanted sold before I could buy it because I hadn’t been specific about which I was sticking with, but because of their big inventory they had an identical car down to the color and trim, which made me really happy. I bought my car same day with a very low APR of 8%, considering my lack of credit history. Alonzo made sure to fix all the minor dings I pointed out before purchasing which helped the car look a thousand percent better. Thankfully I didn’t deal with any surprise repairs days or weeks after owning the car. Considering it’s a used sports car it was in amazing condition and has given me zero problems even after 3 months now. After owning a few 350z’s and sports cars in general they’re usually driven and abused as just that- sports cars. I bought the car in January 2024 and it’s now April 2024.
The credit union they were able to sign me up with has offered me my first opportunity to use credit cards with low rates and my credit is doing amazing. I cannot emphasize how deeply thankful I am at how helpful this dealership was to me.
Please be careful and thorough when purchasing new transportation, and please don’t let negative and low reviews shy you away from this hidden gem. I would 100% revisit Braidia Auto Sales. Thank you again !!!

I bought a 2017 VW GTI here recently and had zero problems. In fact, I felt that they were very patient and accommodating to me and my wife. We never felt pressured or misled through the whole car buying experience.
I first came to see the car right in the middle of a downpour in Portland. I inspected the exterior, interior, tires and engine bay before taking the car for a test drive. I thought the car was nice and reasonably priced, so I tentatively scheduled another test drive with my wife who would be the primary driver of this car. The next day, my wife tested positive for COVID which delayed us from test driving the car for a week.
During this time, another person contacted Braidia to set up an appointment for the same car and they got in touch with me to let me know. Luckily for me, the person didn't show up and we came in a few days later to test drive the car. After this test drive and re-inspection, I put $500 down to hold the car and setup an inspection by a 3rd party repair shop.
I was able to schedule the inspection quickly and they let me take the car home overnight so I could get it inspected the next morning. The inspection went well, only minor issues that I can resolve on my own. I returned to Braidia with the car, we settled on a price, I paid for the car, the next week I picked up the title and the following week my wife went to the DMV to transfer the title and register the car in our names. Pretty simple and painless!
I found everyone I dealt with at Braidia to be helpful, communicative and prompt in their replies.

First I want to ask the person who responds to reviews why you think a person has to buy a vehicle to be worthy of reviewing your family owned business? If someone has a bad experience with your organization in any way, shape or form…. and they decide to throw in the towel before finalizing a transaction then they have every right to review your company! I have read through enough reviews to:
A) Recognize a theme where in many cases where your vehicles are not inspected and repaired/reconditioned prior to customers appointments. This makes the customer feel like they are not important and their time is wasted.
B) Realize that instead of finding room to improve your business practices based on customers reviews you would rather argue with them in your rebuttal. Whether the review is true or not the customer is always right and you just look and sound like a buffoon.
C) Whoever is responsible for reconditioning vehicles and making sure they are in good mechanical shape seemingly cuts corners and isn’t thinking about the long term affects this will have on the customers pocketbook or the customer experience.
My experience is that I was half way through your online credit app when something told me to read the reviews and I’m glad I did! It’s not what customers said, per se (although I did recognize a common theme from them), it was how you handled the responses that made me throw in the towel. I have had an experience from your organizations online reputation (small family ran business or not) and I’m telling you why I’m not going to move forward and do business with you. I have the right to do that!
Family ran businesses should be supported but that does not mean they shouldn’t earn the respect customers need to actually give that support. Big or small a business needs leaders that listen and take action. Maybe start there and you will notice positive reviews will follow. Good luck!

I drove for over two hours to look at a van that had several unreported issues (tires basically bald, radio didn't work, door handle broken, more external dents than reported). Was frustrating because I tried to avoid coming down for nothing by calling several times and asking for details on any issues. They seemed under-staffed so maybe they had a hard time keeping up with calls and checking out their own cars. They weren't willing to come down much on price, but were willing to fix the issues and replace the tires if I was willing to come back a second time, but I'm frustrated that I drove 4 hrs there and back without buying for issues they didn't disclose beforehand.

I set an appointment to come look at a car here. I then drove well over an hour to get here to see what was posted as an almost perfect condition 2010 mazda speed3. From the pictures this car looked amazing. There's no way the pictures posted are actually pictures of the car on the lot and if they are they found old pictures from when it was previously for sale, about 8 years ago. Again this car looks almost mint condition on the post, in person the car has dents and scratches everywhere, the paint is full of oxidation, tail lights are full of water with mildew growing inside, panels do not line up, trim all over the car is either broken or missing, window tint is bubbling and peeling, the list goes on. They are asking $10,000 for this car that truly belongs in a junk yard. Their entire lot is like this. They had another mazda speed3 posted for $13,000 and I saw it on my way out, (also looks to be in mint condition in their add) and it was even worse than the one I came for. Almost every car on this lot looks like it's on life support waiting to have the plug pulled. The adds are misleading. Do not waste your time or gas driving out here for this place... really disappointing. There was no point in talking to anyone there about this they are asking $10,000 for a car that on its best day in the perfect light is not even worth $1,500.

Nikki is very nice and helpful, bought the car from there ad as advertised that everything works and good tires but when shipped and delivered there was very little antifreeze and rat nest in the electrical engine compartment that ate the wiring and the instrument cluster gages did not work nor the radio nor the right side of the front lights and tires were from 2001 which were cracking now it on me to fix what there mechanics should have maintenance. Do I recommend this place to buy a vehicle definitely yes but have a mechanic inspect it first before you buy

These guys are the worst of the worst. I stupidly bought from them a couple of years ago. Well what do you know, shortly after buying the car all of the dash lights come on. And non-surprisingly the cat converter was bad, plus a bunch of other stuff that would have been over 5 grand to fix. More than the stupid thing was worth. They will try selling you a horsecrap warranty that will inflate your loan by a couple grand. I think they switched the wheels on the car, wonder what else they switched out. Don't buy from these absolute fools. They prey on desperate folk like me. And if you do plan on buying from them, bring your own mechanic. I'm filing for bankruptcy because of these twacked out baboons. It cracks me up reading their replies to the bad reviews. BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS, PEOPLE. THESE GUYS SUCK!!!!
