I had the most terrible experience trying to switch to boost Mobile. I bought a SIM card and a minute card from Fred Meyers in Wood village. I checked my phone first to make sure it was compatible with boost and it was supposably. After 3 days of fighting over the phone with boost trying to use the cards that I bought. They suggested that I go to the store and get help. I went to the boost Mobile store on 143rd and division and they were unable to help me do to computer failure so they sent me to the boost Mobile store on 122nd and division and they were closed for no apparent reason. Mind you I don't drive so I'm doing all this on the bus which is very inconvenient and that's why I had bought the cards in the first place. After all that frustration I ended up switching to cricket instead and it was really easy. I tried calling boost to get a refund for the cards that I bought and that's a no-go. I tried calling Fred Meyers to get a refund and that's a no-go. Fred Meyers gave me a number to call so I called it and still no go. I'm only out $30 but I feel like I've been ripped off. I'm very unhappy and I won't be trying to use boost Mobile again in the future. Figured I would leave this long review so anyone else trying to switch to boost Mobile doesn't it get ripped off like I did

I would never go with boost Mobile they don't have good service I tried it it was very spotty did not work out for me if you live right in the city and you don't plan on going anywhere else outside of your city then yes boost Mobile is for you but if you're planning on traveling from here to the coast it's very spotty and does not have service or in some parts of Clackamas county it does not have service at your home even though the map shows it's got service it still doesn't work that's why cricket is way better for the price but like I said if you're going to work and live right in the city the service will work perfect for you I wish that they would had service for me because there was some features that I liked about boost and their customer service was very nice

They were very helpful with our phone issues, they helped us find a great replacement and download the information from our cloud client and we were on our way back home in under 15 minutes

Andrew was nothing less than AMAZING!He tried to fix my phone in every way before I decided to just get a new phone. Andrew, in my opinion is management material, and I would love someone like him working for me.

The so called $60 plan that clearly states is unlimited 4g internet caps off at 35gs and then is 2g internet. The website and the person in the store also confirmed that it was unlimited 4g internet only to find my speed reduced after 35gs. This is clearly a misrepresentation of what i was sold and i honestly don't understand how they could operate like that. As soon as i am able i am switching providers.
