“Earlier this year I was hit and it crushed the front left fender and suspension as well as put deep scratches all down the left side. Alpina replaced everything necessary as well as matched my paint perfectly and blended it seamlessly. They also were super helpful throughout the process, walking me through it and explaining everything. They went above and beyond by even touching up small scratches and buffing the whole car. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I definitely will be going back for any of my painting needs.”

“Bob Thomas Carstar Collision took good care of my Tesla Model 3 after a collision and was on track to get the repairs finished until StateFarm Insurance turned it into a “total loss” designation - I was treated very well by the front desk staff and Nelson who managed my car and communicated with me directly until the insurance determination. I am very disappointed that I could not have the car repaired as it was still drivable. I give high marks to this shop and highly recommend them for auto collision repair. I appreciate Nelson’s time and effort in keeping me informed and getting what was needed done - estimate(s) and procurement of parts - and would turn to this shop again if ever in such a problem situation again!”

“I had smashed the side-view mirror on my 2024 Kona. This is a complex component, with camera, blind-spot detection, etc. The dealership quoted me $1300+ to repair it, but the guys at Comfort Auto realized that it wasn't really broken - just smashed in such a way that a few unbroken parts had popped apart. They repaired it by carefully popping it back together, and didn't charge me anything.”

“As I was driving down the freeway last week, my seatbelt clip suddenly fell from the car interior onto my shoulder. There was a huge bolt that I couldn’t figure out how to access the head of to screw in. I wasn’t even sure who could help me with this sort of a repair. I called this shop by my house, and they said to swing by. One of the owners came right out to take a look, spent five minutes repairing it for me and didn’t charge me a cent. Thankfully the damage that was done to my car was superficial, and Timothy was able to give me multiple options at different price points. He was very transparent about fees and any risks with either option. We ended up doing the cheaper route (just a buff out of the paint transfer) and at the end of the service, he reassured me that this repair took no time at all and it was on the house.

“I drive a 2005 Silverado, had a blown head gasket and needed a new motor. I called around and got referred to Carolina Kustoms. I called the shop and talked to Lonnie. After talking, he made some calls and hooked me up with a brand new remanufactured motor. Another shop wanted more money for a pick-and-pull motor with 80,000 miles. Once the engine came in, they swapped the old one out within a couple days.I think I had to wait a couple weeks after calling to get my truck in, but after driving it around the last 2 months, it was well worth wait. Great work Lonnie and team, I'll be back for more work in the future.Enzo is a good pup too.”
“Sharp Auto Body was truly a pleasure to work with: honest, professional, and friendly. My car was damaged by a dolly that came off a tow truck and hit my car. Although Sharp couldn't do an estimate right away, they did ensure that my car was safe to drive. They also worked directly with the tow truck driver to arrange payment for the damages.
They did an amazing job of replacing the front bumper, cleaning up the scuff on the fender and matching the paint color. After they repaired it and gave it a car wash (even vacuuming the inside!), my car looks brand new. Since I had to rent a car while they were repairing mine, I was thrilled that they got the job done quickly and I was able to save some money on the car rental by returning it a few days early. This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had working with ANY business. Highly recommended!”
