Very terrible service! Especially in the sporting goods department dude was rude not wanting to help wouldn't look up from his phone. Ignoring us and the rest of the staff was just sitting around. It was one helpful person out all the employees and he worked in the shoe department.

We came on a Tuesday for one of their online coupon deals, getting a wagon for $85 as opposed to $130. We were pleasantly surprised they had the wagon, all clerks were kind and courteous as well as knowledgeable. So far the wagon is good, definitely a store we would come back to despite the location and surrounding situations happening nearby.

They decided to close at 4:30 but it says online that they are open until 830 and they didn't tell me when I came in that they were planning on closing four hours early. And the three or four of them were having a loud discussion for the half an hour I was there about how nobody wants to put away anything in the back and there's lots of boxes everywhere. And they have no public bathroom.

Waited 10 mins while the whole staff was in the front hanging out. When finally someone came we asked for a background to purchase a gun, we then where told we couldnt get the background test with out purchasing anything. So we asked to buy it then the manager. Told us we couldn't buy it and have to wait for different manager.

I arrived at opening and I’ve been standing outside the locked doors for 15 minutes. There were employees doing something for the first 5 minutes and then they disappeared from view. I called customer service and it turns out that their sign wasn’t updated. Customer service called the store to let them know and they opened a few minutes early. On Thursdays they open at 9 and the sign in the photo is outdated.

They sell sig sauer pellet rifles but no pcp tanks to change from co2 pcp. Selling pcp rifles and co2 pellet guns but very limited accessories.

Store is huge and you can find all you could need in a sporting goods store. coworkers are very helpful. Store is well stocked and organized. The staff was very friendly.

I went looking for a specific type of shoe the associate took me to the exact type of shoe I needed, she brought me my size. I was in and out of there in less than ten minutes.
