I just randomly chose Bicycle Fitting Services to solve a few issues I was having with riding and my bike. Turns out Michael literely wrote the book on how to fit people to their bikes. I was there for a few hours, he was very detailed and thorough. He was pleasant, personable, and has many great stories from his long career in the industry. I can't recommend Bicycle Fitting Services enough!

Michael was great! Going to him is like having an evaluation by a knowledgeable, experienced, gifted and caring physical therapist and then going to a talented mechanical engineer who can translate these findings to the real-world setup of a bike. He’s fantastic!

Michael is an extremely knowledgeable bike fit professional. He adjusted my bicycle to my body movements and gave me excellent reminders and riding tips to improve my power and comfort. Highly recommend!

Best, most thorough fitting in my experience, and I've had several since I've had several bikes. There is no comparison between Michael's fitting process and those of local bike shops. He's well known in town for his work too.

I can't say enough good about working with Michael! He helped me get ready for Cycle Oregon. He knows bike fitting, he is very personable and he loves cycling. Every time I left his place, I felt excited to get out and ride! If you don't feel great on your bike - go see him. He is worth every penny! And then some!

I've been looking for a pair of wide women's cycling shoes for a long time. I finally found a really comfortable pair of wide Lake shoes that don't kill my feet. The owner, Michael, impressed me with his knowledge of both feet and cycling--he analyzed my feet issues and gave me a more coherent assessment of root causes and remedies than my podiatrists. Now I not only have a nice pair of shoes, I also have some strategies for eliminating pain in my feet, which was not something I was not expecting. Michael spent a lot of time with me and I will definitely get in touch with him again the next time I need cycling equipment. I should note that I assumed by the name that Bicycling Fitting Services is some kind of custom shop, and since I'm just a recreational cyclist, I thought it was out of my league, but it's really like having access to my own cycling guru.

Extremely serious and he found my issue after 2 bike fits in different places, was my flexibility, maybe you will find is expensive but you will not waste your money!!!

Michael Sylvester is the best fitter in town, period. He has fit all of my bikes and eliminated tendon problems that I used to have. He is also a really great guy
