I had a tech emergency and Best Buy came to the rescue! My laptop crashed right before a big presentation. Panicked, I rushed to Best Buy and the staff immediately jumped in to help. They diagnosed the issue quickly and recommended a solution that saved the day. Their expertise and friendly service turned a stressful situation into a smooth recovery. Best Buy is my go-to for tech support and customer care!

Not a problem, I came in and was helped out by one of the associates and came away with a camcorder and a card to store the recordings on !!!

edit: finally got the issue fixed and refunded by going in store, spoke to Noah. he was extremely kind and helpful, excellent customer service from him :)
OLD: tried to order an AC, first one got lost in the mail. they sent a replacement, it arrived completed broken and damaged. took it in to return, they said they couldn’t give me a return receipt and it would show up on my account. they conveniently never processed the return, and ripped me off for $500. wouldn’t recommend buying an appliance from them. go to home depot instead.

The Geek Squad gentleman with gray beard (I'm terrible with names) is fantastic. I'm neurodivergent with agoraphobia issues and have never received better and more understanding customer service.

We actually got to compare TVs and other things we were looking for due to the big assortment they had. VideoOnly was terrible, and Costco didn't have nearly the selection. Love best buy
