Not a problem, I came in and was helped out by one of the associates and came away with a camcorder and a card to store the recordings on !!!

Bought a samsung tower speaker didn't actually fit my needs returned and ordered the sony tower 10 , no questions were asked no hassle whatsoever, Best Buy rocks!!
