What a wonderful experience again at Ben Bridge at Washington Square, I came to collect my watch and as always Anela made me feel like family. The level of service is absolutely the best. In a sea of stores that only look at you as a customer, these ladies made me feel welcomed. Highly highly recommend. Thank you again

I cannot recommend this location enough for exceptional customer service! I had planned on gifting my boyfriend a Rolex watch that had belonged to my grandfather so I decided to take it to Ben Bridge to get it sized. Jamie helped us and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with! She made the entire experience a breeze and had a great attention to detail when it came to sizing and making sure everything ran correctly. She even cleaned it—and after sitting in a safe for 20 years—it needed it. She even helped to explain all the ins and outs of the watch and was overall just so sweet and kind the entire time! My love for watches has recently been re-ignited. I wore the same watch for Rolex watch for 10 years and then thought it would be a cool idea to gift it up to my dad for his 70th. Not having a watch that I could wear somehow got me "back into" watches again... Ben Bridge is mu local authorized dealer fro Rolex and other brands and so went in there to express interest in a couple of time pieces. I was greeted by Anela who was not only extremely knowlegable about all the products in great detail but treated me in a way that just felt great... Warm and welcoming. Anela took her time to ask me questions about what pieces I may be interested in and then after seeing some display noted some down. Even though my desired pieces are incredibly difficult to find she didn't scoff at the idea and wrote them down for reference. Several months later I was delighted to receive a phone call that one of the two pieces were actually available!!! It was a Rolex GMT Master 2 Lefty on Oyster bracelet. I went to collect it with my wife and was an experience to remember. I would most definitely recommend the store and especially Anela for their deep expertise in watches and jewelry.

This is a horrible store. I left a bracelet there to be repaired. I told them I did not buy it from Ben Bridge and they said they would fix it. Three weeks later I called, and they said, oh you didn't buy it from here, we can't fix it. The guy I talked to said he would call me back but didn't. Then they lost my bracelet. When they finally found it I talked to someone named Amy (the bad Amy, not the one I left it with), who was outrageously rude and hung up the phone on me. Amy should be out on her can. Never, never shop at this store.

Had the pleasure today of purchasing a watch again at Ben Bridge. Anela, my sales representative, is such a knowledgeable and kind person. I will continue to spend my hard earned money there.

Ben Bridge is such a great Jeweler!Jamie helped my wife get the Rolex that she has been dreaming of for a while now. It was such a smooth and exciting process.
