I started using this place before it became Belmont under mate but lately it hard stop by there to wash because the workers use the Big tables to foild clothes. Now I'm going somewhere else.

Very clean and efficient machines. Maybe 20 minutes each, wash and dry. Staff was exceedingly helpful. Machines did not like our international debit card; however, the staff member on duty was able to take our payments and turn on the machines.

Washers are constantly stopping mid wash and are unreliable. The owner needs to replace the plumbing or service the machines regularly.

Why do people write good reviews? It’s not the worst, I’ve been to, but it’s not good. I counted five broken machines and the credit card system wasn’t working for anyone. The floor was dirty and it was pretty crowded.

Friendly and helpful staff. Machines can be a little pricey but the dryers are so cheap it makes it very affordable. Very clean facility, staff are constantly cleaning the shop and machines.

I love this laundromat! They have many washers with many different load size options and they're by far much more affordable than any other place I've tried and I've pretty much tried every laundromat in Portland! And they're conveniently located next to a well stocked little shopping mart witch helps kill the time between loads!

The washing machines will call you on your phone and tell you when your load is ready. If the machine breaks down a computer calls the company the company sends in instructions to the machine how to fix itself. Take a couple of extra quarters but it's worth it!

I had my daughters my chemical romance shirt stolen that she saved for we don’t have a lot of funds it was a gift for the holidays, someone stole my insulated socks that I just bought and my wife’s red generations hoodie that she got from her job this was 1/11 I did notice a brunette female doing laundry next to us taking notice of my daughters shirt but we don’t check our laundry and they stole from us with cameras in the building while there was also an attendant

From out of town, state. Bad weather soooo Kids scarves, hats & gloves fell out of car into horrible muddy puddle. Google sent me here and the smallest washer costs $4.25?! Not sure if this is average cost, however the facility, although small, was clean and the attendant was friendly and helpful... would have given 5 stars but no familiar lil white washers that are usually in laundomats.
